Waterfront vacation rentals in City of Winchester

David and Mandy's place was peaceful, quiet and clean - just what we needed. The parking was very close, Co-op store was down the street, good food just down the steps to the beach. Sheets smelled fresh, beds comfy and the view from the patio was serene. And the bonus discount on the ferry was great! We hope to come back soon.

I stayed in the apartment for work for almost a month. It was very comfortable and I felt very at home. The bed is comfortable, the bay windows let in so much light during the day, it was warm, clean and just generally lovely! Matt is a fantastic host. He’s so responsive helpful and kind. All in all a brilliant stay

Great location, nice area of Bournemouth, top floor with wonderful south facing sea views. Clean, well equiped and nicely decorated , not bland beige. Parking for two cars and a lift so very easy . Perfect for two or four with good sized private bedrooms.Would recommend

Tides is an absolutely beautiful apartment with a stunning balcony that has the best sea views! It was spotlessly clean with lots of little touches that made it feel very homely! Debbie was the absolute perfect host who was extremely helpful & friendly, & responded extremely quickly to my communications. Thank you Debbie we had a truly fantastic stay!

I booked this flat for some relatives to stay for 2 nights between Christmas and NY. They very much enjoyed this short break by the seaside. Located just 100 yards from the sea front in East Wittering. Karen’s communication was excellent. It is a fairly compact flat for 6, but is very nicely organised and decorated. Very happy. We stayed for 6 days in mid-August and it was such a great location and experience for us. Coming up to the day of arrival, Laura was in contact in relation to recommendations for places to see and things to do on site, advice on getting over to the island, where the local shops were etc. The apartment was really quiet and the place was well cared for. When we checked in there was everything there we needed. The fridge was empty and clean, as was the freezer. Everything you would expect for the kitchen was there. You do need to supply your own washing powder, but that was ok. Check out was just as easy and while it was early (10am) there are plenty of ferries running at that time to get you back to the mainland.

Claire’s place was perfect for our short stay. It was clean and well laid out. The bed was comfortable and the neighbourhood was quiet The kitchen was small for cooking, but this was not an issue for us as we were having our meals with nearby family.

The location and the condition of this house is amazing. It's a short drive from the ferry, with buses running from Ryde to various parts of the island, making it super helpful for tourists. We had BEAUTIFUL sea views from our bed (one can fall asleep looking at the colour changing on the sea) or the huge picture window in the living room. Very cosy and sufficient in terms of amenities within as well as around the house. the bedroom and bathroom spaces are wonderful. Our children had a lovely time in the bedroom clearly set up for kids. We went in winter and the place was snug and warm with running hot water and comfy duvets. The hosts are very accommodating and we definitely want to go back to stay again!

Stunning seaside location with direct access to shingle beach. A perfect place to stay any time of year.

Wonderful place to stay with friends for a weekend away. Very well equipped with lots of thoughtful extras and very comfortable beds. Right on the canal and enjoyed a lovely walk to the marina one day. Quick walk in the other direction to Chichester Town centre with an array of shops and restaurants. Would definitely return for another visit in the future.

We have a local beach hut and are familiar with Lutrell’s Tower at Eaglehurst ; it was wonderful to stay there and experience the superb views and the renovated cottage at Seaview. It felt like special access to local history dating back to the 17th Century and the smugglers across the Solent. The facilities at Seaview are excellent. Walking into the huge walled garden, and then along the beach were highlights.

Corrine’s cottage is in an excellent location, very easy to get to the high street which has loads of lovely restaurants, bars and shops. Inside the cottage it’s super lovely, comfy and clean. Hard to fault to be honest, we’ll definitely be choosing the same location if it’s available next time we go.

Thank you, Carl, for a fantastic stay. You provided so much more - all those added extras made us feel so at home and made our stay easier. The extras in the kitchen - spices, condiments, dishwasher tablets, detergent, oil, milk, sweet teeats to welcome us! I even appreciated the shower cleaner and extra jay cloths! :) Thanks for the local recommendations, too, for my toddler. I also loved having a smart tv in the bedroom, and how cosy everything was. Its also worth mentioning that i have a physical disability, but Carl's place made everything manageable for me - it was a perfect size, everything accessible and the fact that everything was on one floor, was a real bonus. Thank you.

Full of character, clean and comfortable. Big old house but although cold outside we were cosy indoors. Great location, lovely walks and places to eat on the doorstep. Amazing views. Family really helpful and very welcoming

Lovely space to spend a few days catching up with family. Great communal space upstairs and roomy bedrooms with comfy beds. Nice walks along the river in both directions - amazing number of birds

Very helpful both Nick and Cara, always responsive. The flat was very nice too, comfortable beds, we stayed almost one month, no road noise whatsoever, beautiful sea view, one step away from the beach, we liked it :) would go again!! Thanks guys!

Incredible apartment, very clean, warm, homely. Beautiful views In a lovely area, easy to access lots of places. Very easy with the car parking. Ted is a great host, responsive, kind & helpful. My partner & I travel a lot & visited hundreds of Airb&b’s abroad & in the UK. this is by far my favourite! A last minute chilled birthday treat for my boyfriend, so smoothly operated with Teds help! The interior design is so so stunning & calming! I didn’t want to leave! I would LOVE to return again! & now inspired to re decorate my home with this beautiful inspiration! 10/10! Couldn’t recommend more! ⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️

Me and my family loved this place and we were all a bit sad when we had to leave as we had such a good time. Location is superb and an amazing feel good factor. Julie very good host and very helpfull, infact ive even contacted her to find out what type of matress she has in master bedroom as it was the best nights sleep ive had in a long time. Defo worth a vist.

I never actually got to stay in Andreas place this time as I had a small work issue that delayed my arrival :-(. With that being said I have stayed here many times and always had an amazing stay. I will definitely be back.

Nice clean accommodation, well decorated with everything you would need, good communication from Maureen regarding the stay. Tesco nearby for groceries, Cafe 100yds away for coffee and breakfast or dinner. We stayed for a weekend and went to eat at Rick Steins one night and Poole harbour the next night.
