Granite counters, vaulted ceilings, big birdcage, French doors & vinyl plank floor. Zero carpet. Newer recliners & patio chairs & new sofa in 2024. King in master. Queen in guest br. Cable. WIFI. Rent a golf cart if you like. No pets here any longer. I manage a pet friendly 3br across street (sleeps 6). May-Dec 2025=5nt min.

This beautiful and clean vacation rental in The Villages is in a prime location near Lake Sumter Landing. This house has a full kitchen, television, internet & use of a yamaha golf cart. Comes complete with linens/towels, washer/dryer, kitchen equipment, patio furniture, screened in patio lanai, free guest passes to use at the many close pools and rec centers, optional golf passes (fee). 1 bdrm w/ king bed and equipped with a pull out sofa sleeper in living area to comfortably sleep 4 people.

Neighborhood Pool, WIFI, Free Parking, Backyard View Excellent location, 2 bed 2 bath open floor plan home that borders a nature preserve looking out the lanai in the Village of Palo Alto. Walking distance to Spanish Springs and close to Lake Sumter Landing. Enjoy area amenities including pools, golf courses, tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard and live entertainment every night of the week in three different locations. I do not live there. Prices include golf cart!

This home was located close enough to travel by golf cart to a few of the town squares. The neighborhood was quiet -a great place to walk my dog. Brian was a great host, attentive to all our needs. It was nice having the golf cart and a grill on the patio. We didn’t need a thing!

Lauren was quick to respond to any questions that I had! She was very proactive, making sure that I was set up with a campsite, and everything was communicated timely to help us get into the camper. She is an excellent hostess, even left us a gift and a bottle of wine in the kitchen! We will be back! Everything was perfect.

Thank you, Kay for a wonderful Airbnb experience! The house looked exactly like the pictures and was spotlessly clean! Fluffy, comfortable pillows, and lots of them. Plenty of blankets and extra bath towels if needed. Keurig coffee maker available, along with anything else you might need for cooking. Nice new appliances, or at least they were clean enough they looked brand new! Shampoo, conditioner, dish soap were provided in case you forgot to bring your own. Plenty of room for four of us to spread out our kayaking gear. I loved that the bedrooms had plenty of counter space and mirrors, so we could put makeup on in the bedrooms and not hog the bathrooms. Driveway was big enough for two trucks and a kayak trailer. Only a three minute drive or so to the Silver Spring State Park to go kayaking, and Ray Wayside Park. I highly recommend Kay’s place when we come back we’ll stay here again!

Our stay at Lee’s exceeded our expectations! It was perfect for our family of 4! The kitchen has everything you need and more!! It was stocked plentiful with towels, laundry detergent, coffee and more!! Lee promptly responded to all our questions!! An absolute perfect place to stay and so beautifully decorated!!! We will go again!!!

Had an amazing time at The Villages! The atmosphere was vibrant, the amenities were top-notch, and the entire experience was beyond our expectations. One of the absolute highlights was getting around in the golf cart—it made exploring the area so much fun and convenient! Cruising through the beautifully maintained streets, stopping at great restaurants, and enjoying the scenery was an experience we won’t forget. The sense of community and the friendly locals made the stay even better.

Margarita House was a great place for our month long stay in The Villages. Kathleen was very responsive to my question, always responding in a timely manner. The house felt so spacious and airy with high ceilings and a nice layout of comfortable furniture. The next door and backyard neighbors were so friendly, the best that we’ve encountered in our 4th visit! The house comes with a larger than usual backyard and great afternoon shade on the patio. We enjoyed this area of The Villages! Thanks Kathleen for hosting us!
