me and a work colleuge stayed here on a work trip, we have booked this place out till the end of our job, would greatly reccomend this place ! Great value, very clean and the hosts are great people, very helpful, also a pub a one.minute walk away that serves good beer and great food

Great getaway for me and my wife. Hosts were very helpful. The detail in the place was immense! Everything had been thought of from chargers to festive decorations! Would love to come again

The house was perfect for our family to stay in while visiting relatives in Leicester. It is not near the city centre but is on a quiet road and on street parking is easy. The house is spacious and beautifully presented. The beds were huge and extremely comfortable with top class bed linen. We were there in very cold weather but the heating was very efficient and we could adjust the thermostat as required.

Amber’s AirBNB was very well presented throughout with thoughtful festive touches including Christmas trees, decorations and a set dining table with Christmas crackers! We all enjoyed our stay and felt quickly at home in this lovely property. Amber was extremely responsive and proactive in giving us all the information we required. Wonderful base for family gatherings or a holiday in the countryside. Even in rainy weather we so enjoyed the view and being able to go for extended walks. Abigail was such a welcoming host and gave us ideas for excursions as well as information on the history of the area. Indulged our fascination with the rural setting as city folks and let us feed the chickens. We had a fantastic time cooking and entertaining. The kitchen with its large dining table and the generous living rooms are great for sharing time together and the quietness of the surroundings are so relaxing. In fine weather the garden must be very enjoyable, but even on wet days it is lovely to look out at the pretty grounds and observe the sheep grazing close by.

Stayed for 2.5 weeks whilst I waited for my apartment to become available, really nice and cozy place to stay and overall great. Didn't experience any problems whatsoever.

That was the 3rd time that we stayed at Jenny’s lovely, cozy annexe. Once again, everything was perfect. Jenny is very responsive and looking after the place and her guests like it was the first time. Can’t wait for the next one! Definitely recommend it.
