Monthly Rentals in Chungathara

Lovely and cosy place in Rattakundu. The hosts took exceptional care in seeing to it that we were well attended. The breakfast portions were generous. The property is very picturesque with coffee plantation, greenery and flowers. A bunch of activities like board games, carrom, mini golf made it a great stay for us. Bichu and his father are great hosts. They took care of our special requests when we fell sick during our stay. Bichu even came to pick us up from the Meenangadi bus stop on the day we reached. Overall, a very positive experience!

We had a wonderful stay! The family was incredibly warm, welcoming, and flexible with our check-in time. Their home is beautiful, and they were always so kind and helpful, assisting us with anything we needed at any time. I highly recommend this place!

Jithin's place was a dream! The villa was exactly how it looked in the pictures and the whole villa was so picturesque. We were able to use the BBQ for our meat and purchase charcoal directly from the caretaker so that was a nice touch. Overall would return, stunning villa!
