Para empezar la casa es muy bonita y amplia, la alberca y todo en general muy limpio! Tiene aire acondicionado en las 3 habitaciones y ventiladores de techo en sala y comedor, en especial la habitación principal es hermosa, con vista a su jardín y a la alberca, tiene 2 baños completos y medio baño! La respuesta de los anfitriones es inmediata y muy amables... la ubicación es ideal si tu plan es quedarte en Merida ( a 25 min del centro) o moverte a las playas (40 min en promedio) , a Chichen-itza hicimos 1hr 20 min aprox! Hay flexibilidad en el horario de entrada. La zona es muy tranquila y segura, realmente 100% recomendada!

We stayed for a whole month at Oswaldo's house and we had a wonderful time. The house has everything you need, it's location is spectacular, you do have neighbors but have a lot of privacy. The house is as described and Oswaldo answered all of our concerns and questions promptly. The pool is wonderful, the property is beachfront and the house itself is huge, we slept 5 people and 2 doggies with great confort. The AC works well, all bathrooms work well, the kitchen is big and well equipped, and we loved having the extra freezer. We spent most of out time outside in the terrace. Important tips: * you definitely need a car * for stays longer that 2 weeks we recommend bringing extra towels and sheets for the beds. * consider doing laundry at one of the lavanderías in town. * consider that the internet and power do go out occasionally, it is not Oswaldo's fault, it's just a thing with Yucatán. * consider bringing your own hammocks All in all a great stay for our family.

So happy that we have found this place ! We stayed almost 6 weeks at this beautifull house. The 3 rooms are just nearly perfect honestly, even if nothing is. We cooked A LOT so the kitchen well equiped was a must for us ! At any moment we could rely on Manuel for anything from help to solving stuff with the house ! We were all alone for the full duration of our trip so it was very intimate and quiet. The pool and the place near the sea was our playground with the kids :) Know that there is a big contruction site next to the house. At start we were a bit scared for many reasons but mexican workers were not to loud during our stay. Keith is responsive and he made us feel like our well being was important for him !

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! My friends and I felt extremely comfortable and safe throughout our visit. The separate quarters allowed each of us to enjoy our own space, which was a great touch. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy walking access to the center and most local attractions. Our host, Oswaldo, was exceptionally proactive, providing clear instructions and wonderful local recommendations for restaurants and activities. We would definitely recommend this place, and the pictures truly do it justice!

GRAN ESTANCIA! Es un lugar muy tranquilo. Vale completamente el lugar por la ubicación, la vista. Tiene todo el equipamiento de una casa que se necesita para una buena estancia. Sofía siempre contestó mis dudas y eso me dejaba tranquila. Sin duda volvería a ir.

Wirklich schöne Unterkunft in Zentrumsnähe. In Mérida selbst ist recht viel Verkehr, den hört man auch im Schlafzimmer. Das war aber auch schon das einzige kleine Minus. Bobbie ist eine super Gastgeberin, total locker und sie hat eine kleine Oase in der staubigen Stadt geschaffen. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt!!!

Es difícil describir la experiencia de lo gratificante que fue, sin duda alguna, todo coincidía a lo especificado y cada uno de los elementos que contiene el alojamiento es sorprendente. En cuanto a la comodidad y ubicación puedo decir que no se puede pedir nada más, es perfecta debido a su cercanía al centro y la playa así como la privacidad, seguridad y vistas que proporciona. Es un lugar para descansar y disfrutar en pareja. En cuanto amenidades contiene todo lo indicado y tal vez hasta un poco más todo pensado para hacerte sentir en casa y cumplir todas las necesidades del usuario. Entre ellos destacar el purificador de agua que contiene, los hermosos utensilios de cocina, la comodidad de la cama, entre otros. Agradezco igual la constante y atenta comunicación del anfitrión que siempre estuvo para resolver dudas rápida y eficientemente. Hay muchas cosas más buenas que mencionar pero no dan las palabras, súper recomiendo 10/10
