Recently refurbished guesthouse. Positioned at the back of the quiet garden with access to sunny shared outdoor dining area. Fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Fantastic location for walking and mountain biking tracks. Its only a 5 minute walk to supermarket and shops, and only a 10-minute drive or 20-minute bus ride from the city center. Keep warm in winter with both a heat pump and electric blankets for your comfort. Free car parking in the street in front of the house.
