Beach House - South Brighton 2 bedroom unit

This is part of my home across from the beach in South New Brighton. I am listing it for up to 60 nights per year to cover my rates and running costs. It is not suitable for children under 6. The unit has everything you should need for a short stay including the use of my laundry. I have kept my pricing low and simple. No cleaning fee and no charge for the second bedroom. I don't expect guests to clean, do laundry or put out rubbish ( but appreciate it if you do!) Max. stay 10 days.

Fantastic location for walking and mountain biking tracks. Its only a 5 minute walk to supermarket and shops, and only a 10-minute drive or 20-minute bus ride from the city center. Keep warm in winter with both a heat pump and electric blankets for your comfort. Free car parking in the street in front of the house.
