My guest suite consists of a spacious bedroom, a super clean ensuite bathroom, and wardrobe/closet room, all on the ground floor with a separate exterior entrance. The queen sized bed is very comfortable and offers seasonal bedding options. The bathroom is newly renovated with a large wet-room shower, underfloor heating and is designed to be accessible and safe. Breakfast is generous with a range of cereals, fresh fruit and yoghurt, toast spreads and fresh coffee/ tea all served at the table

The Rose Room at Blythcliffe

Built in 1857, the wonderful Blythcliffe is listed as an Historic Place Category 1 with Heritage New Zealand, and is one of Akaroa's oldest and most loved original houses. We are set within three acres of private, stunning gardens within the Historic Area of Akaroa, and are an easy, short, flat walk to all of our restaurants and attractions:) We operate within a low-waste, plastic free ideal, and provide quality toiletries from Trilogy and other wonderful, organic New Zealand companies.

Our home appeals to groups travelling together & families but if you only require 1 room please contact me . Eclectic Cottage 2 minutes to airport

Eclectic Cottage is a beautiful, completely renovated home,just a short 3 minute drive to the airport and a 2 minute drive to a local shopping centre and restaurants. It is well laid out and warm new carpet and air conditioning unit, with Sensibo unit to control heat settings lovely park like views out to Burnside Park. Parking is on the property, outside front entrance and a with a well lit area that welcomes guests. We also live on site but we maintain guest privacy.
