Miguel was an excellent host. The place provided is just like the pictures, with a beautiful rooftop pool. The unit has huge floor-to-ceiling windows that just light the whole place up and make it feel super open with lots of natural light. Everything is new and clean, with cool tile floors—just an overall very peaceful place to stay. A 10-minute walk to the mall, there's a great coffee place called Momu a quick 5-minute walk away where they are very friendly and offer a ton of nearby whole and vegan food options that are delicious. They also have a great coffee menu. The unit that Miguel offers is very close, maybe a 5-minute walk, to a grocery store with fresh produce and all the essentials needed. The complex is secure and very well lit up, super safe. Very nice people in this area and very helpful to new people to the neighborhood. This was a great place to stay. I work remotley and never had issues with the internet. I would most definitely stay here again this place was great!!!

Pasamos excelente momento, bien location. 13 minutes from Plaza La Isla walk, 8 minutes by vehicle from City Center and City 32, 28 minutes from Progreso, restaurants (the gastronomic options of the city are great), gas stations, pharmacies⛽️, dry cleaners, surrounded by everything you need. We highly recommend it 💝certainly has many attractions. and We will be back⭐️!

Great attention from the host, the place was very tidy and is in a beautiful area where it is accessible to reach the popular places of Mérida.

Charito was very attentive to all of our wishes and concerns. The apartment was clean and stocked with almost all the necessities that you would need for your stay. There were a couple of times when we ran out of something but Charito was quick to get it  replaced. Overall I would say we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Everything was excellent, there was only a small detail due to a technical failure with the access to the door of the apartment on the last day, but it was resolved, everything was excellent outside, it would definitely come back

Very nice house located in Centro within walkable distance to a lot of restaurants and nice spots. Had trouble at check in because the lockbox password had been changed and when we got the updated code the keys were not there so we had to wait outside until the keys were retrieved which wasn’t a great start to our trip after a long day flying. Other than that, the house is huge, beautiful and it was great for our family. P.S. don’t forget your bug spray because mosquitoes in Merida are wild!

The accommodation was very comfortable and I agreed to what was described. It was very easy to move from its location to any point of both Mérida and the whole state. There were details that my family found valuable: clean and soft towels, comfortable mattresses, drinking water available since we arrived, good kitchen utensils and as we are coffee makers, we really liked the coffee beans left by the host. There are many fans and air conditioning in strategic places that kept the house cool when required. The pool it has to cool off is very nice. Neighbors are very respectful and kind. The place was very safe.

Our stay was family friendly, 8 adults and all very comfortable, for its spacious spaces, spacious bedrooms and cloceps, clean and climate, clean pool, the entire house with lighting, the kitchen with everything you need of utensils and dishes... I would definitely occupy it again.
