excellent place to visit in a pleasant area. The place was spotless and its amenities were excellent

Juan Carlos greeted us when we arrived and the accommodation was spotless, with everything it needed for a pleasant stay. Juan Carlos was quick to answer our questions, both about the accommodation and to help us get acquainted with the city. Building employees are also very kind and discreet. It was such a pleasure to stay here for 3 months. I would 100% recommend!

The location was excellent, the apartment is small but cozy very clean and is on the same floor of the pool and billiards.

Very good option, it is only a few steps from liverpool, restaurants, the area is incredible and it is quiet. The pool in the complex is very good, as well as the amenities that it has. The apartment is perfect and comfortable. Definitely back!. Thank you very much Ana for being aware of us.

Miguel was an excellent host. The place provided is just like the pictures, with a beautiful rooftop pool. The unit has huge floor-to-ceiling windows that just light the whole place up and make it feel super open with lots of natural light. Everything is new and clean, with cool tile floors—just an overall very peaceful place to stay. A 10-minute walk to the mall, there's a great coffee place called Momu a quick 5-minute walk away where they are very friendly and offer a ton of nearby whole and vegan food options that are delicious. They also have a great coffee menu. The unit that Miguel offers is very close, maybe a 5-minute walk, to a grocery store with fresh produce and all the essentials needed. The complex is secure and very well lit up, super safe. Very nice people in this area and very helpful to new people to the neighborhood. This was a great place to stay. I work remotley and never had issues with the internet. I would most definitely stay here again this place was great!!!

Very clear instructions on how to get to and in the apartment. Very responsive communications. Had great local suggestions. Comfortable apartment and great penthouse balcony. Would definitely stay there again.

We loved every second, the sunrises are miracles. Super attentive reception from Mr. Óscar, friendly and helpful . We couldn't have expected a better host. Pasamos excelente momento, bien location. 13 minutes from Plaza La Isla walk, 8 minutes by vehicle from City Center and City 32, 28 minutes from Progreso, restaurants (the gastronomic options of the city are great), gas stations, pharmacies⛽️, dry cleaners, surrounded by everything you need. We highly recommend it 💝certainly has many attractions. and We will be back⭐️!

Charito was very attentive to all of our wishes and concerns. The apartment was clean and stocked with almost all the necessities that you would need for your stay. There were a couple of times when we ran out of something but Charito was quick to get it  replaced. Overall I would say we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Nice place, practical, safe and very clean. The decoration is incredible, the ventialción of the apartment is very good. Highly recommended.

Very good house, spacious and has everything, you feel at home, right in front of the common pool of the entire private community, in case you want to swim in a larger pool than the one inside the house...

Our stay was very pleasant, I offered unexpected services, the place was very complete, I definitely recommend it.

Very close to the areas I wanted to visit, everything was very good. I liked that it had a garage and was more covered, that's a plus in Merida

Vanessa's place was a delightful stay for me. It was a perfect, clean, safe, and very comfortable space in a peaceful neighborhood with stores within walking distance and nice parks nearby. Very nice house located in Centro within walkable distance to a lot of restaurants and nice spots. Had trouble at check in because the lockbox password had been changed and when we got the updated code the keys were not there so we had to wait outside until the keys were retrieved which wasn’t a great start to our trip after a long day flying. Other than that, the house is huge, beautiful and it was great for our family. P.S. don’t forget your bug spray because mosquitoes in Merida are wild!

The house is super wonderful. Everything was clean and well organized and put together. The street looks a little iffy from the outside, but inside the house is beautiful. This is normal for mexico as the outside facades are often not kept up but the inside will be renovated. the private backyard and pool is the best feature!! TIP bring mosquito spray for nighttime and keep the bedroom doors closed to keep the bugs out. But this is just normal for being in a tropical area. I would definitely come again.
