We spent nine nights at Claudia's place and it was the ideal location from which to explore not only Venice but further afield due to the closeness to the train station. The flat was spotlessly clean and all the amenities were in good working order and as described, which made for a great place to relax after a busy day exploring Venice. What stood out for us was Claudia's excellent communication and responsiveness, she really is a super host and made us feel at home. Whenever we had a query or didn't understand something she resolved matters quickly for us so we could get on with enjoying Venice. Highly recommended.

Fabio was wonderful! At the last minute he was kind enough to come and get me at the airport once I realized it would be a bit complicated to get from there to his house. If you were renting a car, I think it’s very easy from the airport. so he came and got me for an extra fee. And he was super proactive and responsive. What I liked most was how quiet it was. It was walkable to a nice supermarket, bakery, things like that and I did not mind the bus ride in to Venice because in fact, it’s the first stop so you get a seat; while being able to stay and sleep in a peaceful place. I also chose it because I knew I would be jetlagged and so I didn’t wanna be directly in Venice proper with all the traffic and noise and all of that.
