Well maintained home, centrally located and within walking distance from the center of town, great restaurants, retail shops, food stores and the Washington Street mall. The beach is just 12 blocks away which makes for an enjoyable bike ride. The large driveway offers plenty of parking. During the summer season, the home is available by the week from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in time is 2 pm and check out-time is 10am. Throughout the rest of the year, shorter duration stays are available.

Great location at Chincoteague! Very clean, and amenities in this home are great! Kitchen is fully-stocked with all the basic necessities to be able to make home-cooked meals, even on vacation. My 5-yr old appreciated the toys and books available. My husband appreciated the milk steamer on the coffee machine. I appreciated the indoor wood shutters on the windows. Chip and Courtney is also very proactive and easy to communicate with. I would stay here again when visiting Chincoteague in the future.

Bonnie was very responsive before, during, and after our stay. We had three families staying in the house and there was plenty of space, especially with kids upstairs and outside in fenced yard. Beautiful home. Walked to beach. Lots of extras in the house.

Tess's place was so cute and very clean! We were only there for a weekend, but we used the hot tub one night and had coffee on the back deck one morning. Whenever we had a question for Tess, she responded quickly and was very helpful. This place is very close to the Delaware Bay beach and was a quick drive to most things in the area. I would stay here again if ever I'm in the area. Thanks, Tess!!!!

We had a great trip to Bayside at Jeffrey and Deb's house. The house is conveniently located in a private peaceful part of the Bayside neighborhood, which has great amenities and is very easy to get around by walking or biking. The house was a perfect size for our family of 5 and was in great condition and we loved the screened in porch area and patio which backed up to woods. Jeffrey was also very responsive and was great to deal with. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.
