Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Chincoteague Bay

The place was beautiful, and very spacious. It is very well decorated and has a lot of character. There are a lot of entertainment amenities including the projector, Alexa in each of the rooms, and tvs throughout the property. There is a quaint exterior area on the rooftop, which is great for grilling out and just relaxing. We will definitely be back on subsequent trips. Jason is very responsive and respectful, he is definitely an amazing host.

I stayed at Phillip’s for a long weekend and I couldn’t be happier with the time I had. The house was exactly as described. The beach/boardwalk is a short drive but honestly the house is perfectly located if you don’t like the hustle and bustle of Ocean City. I would absolutely stay here again.

This house is absolutely beautiful! It had so many places for us to gather and relax. The kitchen is gorgeous and is well stocked with everything you need. All the bedrooms had comfortable beds and the bathrooms were updated and the master had a spa feel. The yard is very nice and the neighborhood was very quiet. The house is conveniently located so walking around Solomon’s is easy to do. Check in couldn’t have been easier and we felt the owner was very attentive. We would love to stay here again!

Beautiful, spacious home, kitchen, and bedrooms. Luxurious, updated bathrooms. Felt right at home! Enjoyed our stay! Plenty of space for our group of 6 adults. Close to everything in the D.C. area. Tyler provided a lot of helpful information and was a great host. Would highly recommend! Can’t wait to return again!

I was so lucky to find this house and this lovely neighborhood! I love DC and will definitely look for this home’s availability every time I come back. The home was clean and had the most amazing amenities. The beds were comfortable and my entire party said they slept very well. The home is very close to a Metro station and Chinatown restaurants with a grocery store literally across the street. Sal was a great host!

Fannie's home is amazing. It was a great stay for myself and a few friends. The parking was easy. The street is quiet and the amenities are very accommodating.

This was our second year staying at Andrew and Marys. We love the peaceful home. Everything was clean and organized. The back porch is our favorite part. We enjoy sitting out there and spending quality time with our friends and family. We will continue to book with Andrew and Mary for any future trips !

Had such a great stay. The place was easy to find. Had clear check-in instructions. Everything was very neat and clean. The place is very comfortable. Very smartly laid out, which makes the place seem very spacious. The location is great and everything is easy to get to. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again. This stay had a charming cottage feel. The neighborhood is really nice with a park for kids nearby. Everything was clean and the fold out bed was prepped for us in advance. The main bed was very comfy and the fold out bed was typical of a fold out bed and fine for little kids. we would stay here again.

Trish’s place is great! Very comfortable, like being in a home that’s been lovingly set up. Good space, comfy king-sized bed and linens, gas fireplace, comfortable and attractive furniture. Good kitchen and bath. Laundry was a plus. And Trish was welcoming and friendly, making us feel at home. Attractive and quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended and we plan to stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! Rob was an amazing host—he gave us a great tour of the house, provided metro and bus passes, and even let us check in early when we arrived ahead of schedule. The apartment is spacious, clean, and located in a very safe area, so we felt comfortable coming back late at night. It also has excellent bus connectivity to DC, making it super convenient for sightseeing. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. Highly recommend!

Sarah's place was perfect - great neighborhood, lovely apartment, easy walk to shops and restaurants. Sarah was a very responsive and friendly host. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing place to stay for my business trip! Super clean, super quiet, but just one block away from all the Georgetown restaurants and stores. Buses are one block away and the Foggy Bottom metro station is about 10-minutes away by foot (but you can take a bus to get there if you prefer). The price was also very reasonable in this new era of overpriced Airbnb places. Highly recommend!

Beautiful unit in a lovely neighborhood that is in easy walking distance of restaurants, markets and shops. Everything was immaculate and new. Thoughtfully furnished and lots of extra touches including a great assortment of teas and coffee. We visit this area frequently to see family and I would happily stay in this wonderful place again.

What a cool spot! I took my family to Annapolis to celebrate my sister’s 60th and we stayed on Kent Island at Nila’s place. The drive here is gorgeous. Thinks scenic with mature trees and headed to the water. The grounds are gorgeous with the golf course meandering throughout. Everyone is friendly driving their golf carts and waving. The house is sick! Think mad men for 2024. Felt like I was staying in an upscale hotel with family, cozy bedrooms upstairs. Plus the second living room. Soooo cool. I did get the projector to work and watched a few dvds with the surround sound. That was pretty cool!! I do Airbnb a lot and I would give this experience a 10/10 on all the things that matter - value, comms, thoughtfulness, cleanliness, location etc. thank you Nila!

I can’t say enough great things about David’s villa. The pictures don’t do this place justice. It was even better in person!! David was so responsive to all the questions I had prior to checking in. The location is peaceful, safe, and so serene. The Villa is a great size! His place was clean, spotless, cozy, and such a nice place to stay. We were celebrating our anniversary so this topped the cake for us to recharge and relax. The jacuzzi bathtub was so relaxing! I’m so picky about where I stay when traveling, and this checked every box! So many more great things to say about this place, but I won’t write a novel. Let’s just say, I will be back!! I’m glad I found this place and will stay here every time I visit. Thank you David! 😊

This is a beautiful house. The neighborhood is wonderful and safe. Lovely community. Great proximity to Old Town Alexandria and central to all things DC. Joe is a great host. Very responsive and kind. We would stay here again!

The place was nice and clean as described! We all had a great time.

My family of 5 has stayed at Beth's place going on 4 years in a row now. It's always been a pleasure. The neighborhood is still just as quiet and friendly. Bethany Beach has gotten a bit more popular, so driving to the beach has started to take a little longer from the community, but the short drive is still straightforward and mostly painless. My favorite feature of her home has always been the covered patio. There is nothing better than being outside in the summer without being "outside," lol.

Aman and Krista are outstanding hosts and their home is beautiful and cozy. We have now stayed in their home twice and both times have experienced above and beyond hospitality. We have two little kids (an infant and a toddler) and Aman goes the extra mile to make sure we have what we need (books, toys, high chair, pack n play). It really makes the traveling experience so much easier. Their home is in a walkable neighborhood and is close to everything. We spent most of the weekend at Georgetown and it was very easy getting back and forth. Thank you to our hosts for another wonderful family vacation! We’ll be back.
