Beautiful artist's apartment in the heart of LES/Chinatown. Surprisingly quiet but surrounded by an embarrassment of bars, restaurants and shops. Perfectly positioned to get quickly uptown for a more touristy itinerary, but also just a short hop on the L or M trains to get into Williamsburg and Brooklyn for those looking to go a little off the beaten path. Ricardo was a responsive and courteous host who made my stay stress-free.

I stayed at Jamie’s place for four months, and it was an incredible experience. The apartment exceeded my expectations, it’s surprisingly spacious for a studio, with plenty of storage and large windows that make it bright. Jamie has thought of everything to ensure comfort, from cleaning supplies and toiletries to a water filter, kitchen appliances, and even a yoga mat. The building itself is safe, well-maintained, and staffed by friendly doormen who made me feel at home. Having a gym and laundry facilities in the building was incredibly convenient. Jamie’s responsiveness was exceptional - anytime I had a question or issue, he replied within minutes and resolved it quickly. The location is perfect, with shops, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance. Multiple metro lines and a bus stop nearby make getting around the city easy. I truly can’t recommend this apartment enough. This is 100% the best offer you can find in New York. Thank you Jamie!!!!

Great location, fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and a very responsive host. David was always available to answer any questions and provide anything needed. The unit is on the first floor and fully equipped with all I needed for my stay. It is located in the Lower East Side, close to subway station, with an easy commute to anywhere in Manhattan and Brooklyn, within a 20-minute subway ride. There are many grocery shops within a short walk, including Trader Joe's and Essex Market, right around the corner. I highly recommend the space and the host.
