We had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless and had the perfect amount of space to comfortably host 12 women. Gwynne was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place to stay. The hosts were very communicative and the house was absolutely gorgeous. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

We used this place to gather a few folks from our church to plan for the new year, and it was a great spot to hang out and work from. There is excellent wifi, easy food options, and a great kitchen since we mainly ate in. It is a great historic home.

If you’re looking for a well-kept, comfortable and peaceful place and property for a family get together, this is a must consider. On top of all the wonderful things Asheville offered being only a few minutes drive, we loved going home to this place and have chill time in the outdoor hot tub. It provided us (even our pup) everything we needed for a restful and fun stay. I highly recommend Anne’s house and won’t hesitate to stay again.

My niece’s wedding was this weekend. We booked a hotel but unfortunately it was 35-40 minutes away. Last minute I checked AirBnB and found this place 5 miles away. Like I said, last minute, so I messaged Tyler and told him it would be after midnight before we arrived and ask if that would be a problem. He responded within 3 minutes and said , not a problem at all. Not only was it not a problem, but he also went down that night and turned the outside porch lights on for us. The pictures really didn’t match the place, and that was a good thing. To us, the house in person was much bigger than we had expected from the pictures. Super clean, and Tyler was way easy to work with. I’m originally from that area but have lived in Nashville Tn for the past 25 years. Definitely booking this place when I return for family visits instead of the Hotel downtown I normally book in Spartanburg. Way more room and cheaper by the night. Quite impressed and definitely my best AirBnB stay to date!

Highly recommend staying here! The balcony is lovely, the views are lovely, and just down the hill is a wonderful brewery with even more lovely views. We love staying in the French broad district and hope to visit again soon.

Melodie's place is a slice of heaven if you're looking for a peaceful hobby farm retreat. Around every corner were new discoveries whether the beauty of the landscape or the animals in their various living spaces around the property (horses, cows, chickens, couple friendly cats, and sweet welcoming dog Shelby). If you have time for a walk to the woods you'll be treated to a bubbling brook w a bench beside it for some contemplative time, not to mention flowers to gaze at all along way. We hadn't really been aware of the sauna (maybe it's in the listing and we missed it) but it's an incredible treat if you can find time one evening to check it out. There's even more than the exterior beauty and sauna treat, but I'll let you discover some surprises on your own. Ideally, you'll spend several days so you can take it all in. Melodie's family incl husband + kids were so nice + made us feel at home. Our stay was A+++ and we hope to return. Worth driving a little farther for this GEM.

This is a beautiful comfortable roomy safe, quiet place. It is close to grocery stores and the city bakery cafe. The little porch was a peaceful outdoor spot to relax. Listening to some albums was nostalgic. Thanks so much for sharing this special home.

Michelle is an amazing host and the apartment was perfect. Clean, well appointed, she had so many nice touches and I felt very welcome and taken care of.

Absolutely perfect. Cozy downtown apartment feel. Everything was very clean and comfortable and the burger shop downstairs was so delicious for a diner feel. We walked around everywhere and there was so much to do! We felt safe and the place was absolutely beautiful and had little local elements which were so charming. No complaints about anything! A word of warning- the autumn forest puzzle in the apartment is SO HARD and that’s coming from a seasoned puzzler. I had to give up :’( Thank you so much for having us!

Cool and comfortable respite after a hot Asheville day! Bed was comfortable. Shower was great! Clean and clutter free. Lots of local information available and Corinne was friendly and quick to respond to our questions. Neighborhood was fun and funky, in the best possible way. Our weather was not conducive to walking, but it might be a bit challenging, unless you like a hill, but nothing was more than 10 minutes away by car! Good choice for the two of us and our RAD adventure!

We had a great stay. Loved the location; very close to downtown and accessible to everywhere we wanted to go. It was the perfect home base.

Donna’s condo was the perfect place for our weekend getaway. Extremely clean! Definitely the cleanest airbnb we have ever stayed in. And had everything that you would need during your stay from a sound machine in the bedroom to little shampoo and conditioner toiletries in the bathroom. She even had snacks and drinks ready for our kiddos when we arrived which was a very thoughtful touch! The location is very close to everything in Hendersonville downtown and hiking trails. Definitely would stay at Donna’s place again when we come back to Hendersonville!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was modern, spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable. We were not bothered with street noise. This complex is directly next door to the Foundry and we enjoyed the easy walk there for a cocktail before dinner at Curate. This is a better choice than a hotel as there is more room and a full kitchen. I also appreciated that there were local Asheville items in the unit- locally made bowls, coffee mugs etc

Location, location, location. Very walkable to all the best restaurants and breweries. Very clean and well decorated.

My stay at City Casita was delightful. It was clean and well-equipped. And best of all, it was CLOSE TO EVERYTHING!! I parked my car when I got there on Thursday eve and didn't get in it again until my time to leave on Sunday. There is everything you could want and more nearby! Joslyn's directions to get into the house were superb. That said it's a little complicated so pay attention to the details. Though close to everything, the condo units are tucked a little behind a parking garage and large facilities unit, so it feels a bit more industrial for those two blocks. I walked everywhere and loved it, but will note one night walking alone after dark I felt a little uncomfortable. I never felt that way during the day. And I would have been fine even at night, if I hadn't been by myself. Even with that - it was completely worth it for me. I love the easy access and walkability in downtown. Thank you, Joslyn - I would definitely stay here again.

Felt like home away from home with all the amenities we needed and walking distance to downtown Asheville.

I would highly recommend this spot to friends visiting Asheville! Very easy to find, close to downtown while still quiet, and above a wonderful bar!

Place was great and as shown. Location was great perfect walking distances to places downtown and having the parking spot was great.

The place was clean and had all the amenities one would need. Semi secluded but close enough to get to all the attractions near Asheville. Place was secure and hosts were quick to answer any and all questions.
