Everything about this place was great! The house was exactly as described, with a perfect location surrounded by beautiful nature. Very cozy, clean, and well-maintained, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The host was kind and responsive, always answering our questions quickly. Although we only stayed for one night and didn’t get to fully experience everything this place has to offer, our impression was entirely positive. I’m sure I would happily stay here for a few more days if I had the chance! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming stay. Thank you!

We were accommodated at very short notice and the house was beautiful lovely surroundings with a gorgeous lake view. The hottub was a lovely night time luxury. There are a number of short or long lake walks and we were a short drive from cirencester to pop there for dinner with huge amount of restaurant choices. The bedrooms slept 6 if us and bed were very comfy. we cooked an evening meal and breakfast and the kitchen was well stocked with all utensils needed. All our communication was fast with clear accurate check in and out details. Thank you again for the short notice we would highly recommend.

I cannot say how delighted I really was with this booking. The place was lovely, it has more than you can ever need, everything was there and thought of. The surrounding area is lovely, the location is peaceful and a good place to use to travel. We had a great time and had a very responsive host in Tricia. She was so kind and left a few extra bonus treats for us. These acts of kindness show a true care and extra experience of pleasantness. We loved the house and all the extra things added to make the house complete. Games, toys, hot water bottle, books, many plates and cutlery! Everything you could need was there. The lake is beautiful and the area is great to walk, along with the games room. Seeing the duck and swans in the morning is lovely. The morning view is the biggest treat which you can enjoy in peace.

We had a great family stay in this well equipped and spacious home, literally a minutes walk from the centre of the beautiful village of Bourton-on-the-Water. Lovely welcome pack and helpful & responsive host. Definitely recommended by us all.

What an amazing place. Everything was spot on, the lounge area was beautifully decorated and very cozy with views across the lake. The kitchen is really well equipped and lots of extras were available which helped massively. The 3 bedrooms were perfect for us... all the beds were very comfortable and well laid out. Bathrooms were great having 3 was a bonus with a toilet downstairs as well. We loved everything about our stay, the location is really good and we can't wait to come back... we give it a ten out of ten !

What a lovely home! Super clean and bright. Beautiful setting right on the lake. Fun amenities such as play ground, table tennis, and tennis available on site. We had a fab weekend away with the family and was just what we needed. Walked the 9km along the canal to Cirencester and got the bus home. The only downside is the fast main road (B4696) and there are no lights along it at night for walking back from local restaurants. Obviously not the hosts fault but worth noting.

We stayed over a New Years Eve and it was cosy warm and the theatre, sights, restaurants were just a short walk away. Stratford upon Avon is a town worth visiting. The house is well cut, nicely furnished and we can only recommend.

We had a lovely stay here, very peaceful and serene. The place was spotless and cosy. Perfect for a quiet weekend with friends, we all really enjoyed it and will definitely come again. Gina was really helpful and gave clear instructions as well as local recommendations for food

We absolutely loved our long weekend here, it was comfortable and warm and had everything we needed, including high chair and travel cot for our baby. The rooms were really comfortable and the 3 bathrooms were lovely and clean, perfect for 7 adults. The village itself is beautiful and we did a lovely walk down the river and through the fields, finished with some food at the gorgeous local pub. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a cosy stay in the countryside, some beautiful towns a short drive away too. Would definitely return!
