Vacation rentals in Chidham

A wonderful 4 days away over Christmas, with family and dogs. The beach was within walking distance and it was a pleasure to go walking there with the family. We were there over. Christmas and the kitchen was very well equipped for cooking our Christmas lunch. Esther was very welcoming and replied very promptly to the one question that we did have for her regarding the property. We would rent the property again, it was lovely and well equipped, but the best thing about t was the access to the beach. Thanks Esther

Possibly the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in. The accommodation was immaculate with everything you could need for a family holiday, including an air fryer and decent amount of dishwasher tablets (last year elsewhere we were supplied with two for a whole week 🙄). There was also the most comprehensive binder covering things to do, some good takeaways/restaurants and all the manuals to the appliances. It was so good we’ve booked again for next year. The only downside is the bathrooms are a little small but that’s me just being picky and certainly not something that impacted the stay.

I had the best time at Choller lodges, I will definitely be rushing back! My partner enjoyed the fishing and caught plenty of fish! The lake is peaceful and well stocked. Our cabin was lovely, bed was super comfy, kitchen was very easy to cook in! We went for a winter break but can only imagine how lovely it is in the summer!

Thank you so much for having us in your lovely home. The house is absolutely beautiful. Furnished with such pretty things, full of little personal touches - toys for kids, lovely toiletries, radios in all the rooms. Pandora was super responsive and helped us find lots of fun local activities for the kids - it honestly felt like a home away from home and we’ll definitely put it up there with one of the best Air BnBs we’ve stayed in. Thanks again for having us! We’d love to return in summier climes!

What a fabulous place this really is!! The House really does feel like home from home and was spotlessly clean throughout. The area really is fantastic. Two Great pubs within walking distance serving cracking Beers and proper food! There is a hotel next door with a 2 Rosette Restaurant, we ate there the food was good considering the price tag but I wouldn't consider it worth the money as it was £400 (we had 3 corses and 2 bottles of wine between 4) so just be aware. There are some really lovely walks to be had too, most along beaches (they can get flooded at high tide so be careful). We took our 2 dogs that loved the walks, you just need to make sure that the well provided towels inside the front door are used as they will be wet in the winter months. I cannot really find a negative as such, I honestly is just a lovely place. Paula answered anything I asked in a timely and friendly manner. We had a thoroughly nice time over our new year break and absolutely loved the house.

This house was lovely, perfect for a slightly larger group of people. The beach is two minutes away and there are pubs and restaurants in walking distance. Jade was so responsive and told us in advance about how to get enough hot water for all of the guests. Even over the new year she responded so quickly. We absolutely loved it

‘The loft’ was very clean& tidy, very homely& overall a lovely place to stay😊

It was very nice for a woman staying mostly on my own while repair work was done at my home. The studio is attached to a friendly and helpful family who could not do enough to help. This gave my daughter peace of mind when she was away. Just minutes to the sea and also to the shops. A washing machine and a large TV with Netflix. A peaceful and cozy studio that I missed when I left. I couldn't get hot water from the kitchen tap, but I'm used to that. We could hear the main house washing going from my studio. Otherwise, I had a lovely peaceful stay and look forward to going again.

I will highly recommend this place. Very clean with everything you need in the kitchen. Close to many beaches, walks, and loads of attractions around for adults and children. Our host was very responsive to any e-mails we sent her. We will definitaly come back. Thank you again for having us in your chalet. Corinne & Chay

Julie was extremely helpful and communicative, giving us both the privacy we required but also available for anything we needed. She seemed genuinely invested in us having the best break possible. Beautiful little touches around the house and perfect size/facilities for our family. A very short distance to a great beach with lots to do around that area, but also on easy routes to travel around the island. Thank you both very much. We hope to come back, but next time for longer!
