Monthly Rentals in Chianchizzo I

Wonderful portion of a villa with great neighbors. The rooms are huge with beautiful furnishings and flooring. The terrace area really was a lovely way to embrace the day. The bed linens were to die for, crisp, ironed, white vintage Italian percale that made sliding into bed a sheer joy! Aunt Nia was an absolute delight and made us feel right at home for 6 weeks. Internet was great for 2 of us working. Everything we needed in a beautiful setting.

The photos don't do justice to the amount of space. It's a great location on the border of the new and old towns - broadly shopping in one direction and sightseeing in the other. Ideal for two people in that the bathroom is the other side of the bedroom from the living room /kitchen. It's very well equipped, so you could stay in and cook or choose one of the many restaurants and panificio/panzerotto places for a snack. Highly recommended and will return.

We had a great week in Salvatore's apartment. Very private apartment with private entrance, nicely decorated, large and clean. The kitchen was very well equipped. The car parks safely in the fenced courtyard. A car is also recommended, very difficult to reach without a car. Since our dog unfortunately chases cats, he was only allowed on a leash in the garden, otherwise you can safely let dogs run here. All around recommended.

Very lovely house, beautifully decorated, a little smaller than the impression we had from the photos. The large private gardens were really wonderful and the sea is visible in the distance from the ground and the terrace. Finding the house with the car GPS was a little tricky but the hosts came to our rescue. The Ostuni area has many attractions which are all easily accessible by car, including many lovely beaches. Very restful and quiet place that we definitely recommend.
