Built in 1911, this spacious home has been renovated to blend contemporary design and traditional architecture. Notice the bold feature walls and expressive artwork and head to the patio to enjoy a drink while cooking with the BBQ. The house features three bedrooms, two full baths, updated kitchen and basement with a washer / dryer, as well as a large front porch and backyard that features a outdoor TV, grill and table and chairs for six. Fully stocked kitchen features everything you'd need to cook. Super fast fios internet, Sonos sound system througout the house, 60 inch TV with AppleTV in family room, 60 inch TV w/AppleTV outside. The house is mere blocks from great restaurants like Kuba Kuba, Joe's Inn (my favorite) and Flora - just to name a few. Best coffee in town can be found at Lamplighter (5 blocks) and the best drinks are at Heritgage (2 blocks). About a 15 minute walked to The VMFA, Carytown shopping and The Museum District. Guests have full access to the house. I'm happy to assist you throughout your stay if you have any questions. Call or text. The Fan District is a superb location with tree-lined streets and historic homes. Head to the unique boutique shops, try some local cuisine in an independently-owned restaurant, and have fun exploring the Museum District. Walking or biking are your best bet. Everything is close and there's a bikeshare just down the street. Easy to use and lots of places to return.

Awesome ranch style home. Everything is on one level. You will have the entire 1300 sf space to yourself. All new flooring, paint, kitchen and furnishings. It has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. One bedroom has full bunkbeds and the other two feature queen size beds. There is a light and bright florida room with a comfy chair and small four person table. Great for having coffee or putting together a puzzle. We've added gas logs in the living room! Cozy!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The house is incredibly spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. Its location is perfect—close to everything. Toan was an exceptional host, always helpful and quick to respond to any questions. His clear and friendly communication made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. This was place was amazing to stay at! The house was as pictured, plenty of room/beds for our friend group, and awesome backyard with a pickleball court that’s in great condition! Frank was really responsive and such a nice host. There was even a box of donuts waiting for us as we checked in which were so delicious! (Thanks Frank!) The only thing I’d say could have been improved is that the outside grill area was not very clean (broken glass bottles, multiple dead lighters, rust build up on the grill cover, etc.) but everywhere else in the backyard was nice and tidy. Also, it’s entirely alley/street parking which got a little rough with needing to park a few cars from our group. Overall this place is definitely worth it!! And it was so close to everything we wanted to go to. Would definitely recommend this place to any big group wanting to experience the Richmond area.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb for our spring break trip. The house was clean, well-maintained, and in a fantastic location. We loved how many great restaurants, coffee shops, and amenities were just a short walk away. The kids especially enjoyed being able to walk to the movies and grab ice cream nearby—there was always something fun and convenient to do. Parking was incredibly easy, with a spot right in front of the house every time we returned. One of the biggest perks was how little we had to drive—the neighborhood is very walkable, which made our stay even more relaxing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families or anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
