This is the best and cutest stay I experienced. loved it entirely! Food was great. Rooms and interiors are cozy. And, the views are amazingly peaceful. I'd highly recommend this stay over any other stays in Kollam. Arun has coordinated with the caretakers and is immensely helpful.

Biji's place was one of the best experiences I have had in my life, and I think the others in our group of 7 would agree. You must stay here: the place is literally on the Kallada river, a boat can come pick you up from the house and take you on a mangrove tour, and you can even swim just by getting down a few steps. The setting is unbeatable. The house itself seemed all brand new, modern, very comfortable. Even the roof was beautiful, but my favourite feature was the ample 2 porch areas with fans, we basically sat outside the entire time to enjoy the views. Clean, gorgeous, and serene, this place is a must-stay. A lovely lady cooked delicious meals for us for a small extra charge, making the stay even better. Biji's hospitality went beyond all this, he even managed to find a gluten-free cake for our friend's birthday, in addition to helping us arrange cabs and boat ride. Many thanks for this unforgettable stay, Biji. We truly felt we were in God's Own Country.

If you want some peaceful time away from the city hustle , this place is a gem. Just go for it! From the location to the people around in the vicinity it was all so peaceful and a much needed break. These 4 stars are just for some minor things, else the place is a must go specially for the price he has put it. The place was exactly as described, we felt the caretaker was little unattended and we had to call him multiple times for a small thing but Siddhi was super responsive He made sure we checked in safely and was in constant touch throughout our stay , he was available and helpful on the activities we can do around the island. Would love the visit the place again in near future. Some cons I felt would be great if worked on - The caretaker needs to be more proactive in responding to calls/ msgs - There were no utensils or spoons/ forks for the takeaway food we got in the villa - A breakfast or tea / coffee option would be cherry on the cake
