Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Chatham

We had a great stay at Stefano's place. Canning Town station was a few steps from unit which made it so convenient to explore the city. Grocery store, drug store, McDonald's, bar/cafe was nearby. Unit was clean. We had a little issue with a running toilet, but Luigi (Stefano's associate) responded quickly to help resolve. Neighborhood felt safe on late evening returns.

This was a perfect find for us! We wanted a quite green neighbourhood within easy reach of central London and this was it. The neighbourhood has wide tree lined avenues with minimal traffic and a number of green spaces with Hilly Fields being the most prominent. The home itself was quiet, clean and comfortable with all the basics one would want in a home, we did not miss a thing. Local stores were next door and supermarkets a short walk away. If, however, you are looking to be in the thick of things with night life and supermarkets at your door step you may feel a little away from it all. To us we wanted to be away from it a bit. That said central London was a comfortable bus ride away and it was about half hour by train. Sid as a host was helpful and friendly without being intrusive. So from our point of view the experience was perfect!

Hugo was a brilliant host, super welcoming and responsive to messages at all times during our stay. The flat itself is absolutely gorgeous, and very clean (Kim Woodburn would have been proud). Located in a well connected area of London with multiple underground stations within walking distance, and modern decor (the Kylie Minogue Padam print in the bathroom was a highlight) there was plenty of space for the 6 of us during our weekend stay. A gorgeous bakery located just opposite the building, Johnny Walls, is also well worth a visit. Would definitely recommend!

Debbie’s place is very close to all the attractions of Faversham. Check in and out was easy. The space is good, it was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The bed was really comfortable and the linen and towels smelt nice. Debbie was helpful throughout and she left a box of biscuits for us. Thank you very much we hope to stay again.

We loved staying Liam's flat. It felt very much like his home with quirky and interesting decor and amazing views towards the canal and Hackney Marshes. It is an ex-council flat in a high rise building which for me was a bonus as it reminded me of my time in London living in a similar flat. It was very cold weather while we were there so it was great to be able to have a bath in the evening. I would have liked to have stayed much longer to have time to explore the area which is a part of London we don't know and felt very inviting. Liam was helpful and made us feel relaxed. We would definitely stay here again.

Grace’s cozy spot was exactly what I needed after working a couple of days in London. I felt right at home and would curl up on the couch and catch up on my shows and when it was time for bed the space was perfect for relaxing and had some overhead lighting for reading books. The bathroom did take some adjusting since it was tiny but it was just right for me. Also, loved that I could do laundry and enjoy the sound of the rainy weather against the skylights in the living room. There are a couple of shops in walking distance but I didn’t spend much time in the neighborhood and a bus stop right out front if you need to take the bus. Grace was also super accommodating and very communicative and eased any worries or answered any questions I had. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed my stay at Thomais’ place! The location was well connected to the public transport, it was peaceful and was very close to Lidl and a large Tesco. The place was clean and has everything I needed. I would definitely stay there again for my next London trip! The host was very responsible and friendly too.

Our stay at Noah's place was absolutely perfect! The location was ideal, the space was clean and beautifully decorated, and all the amenities were just as described. Noah was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely book again if I’m in the area. A truly wonderful experience!

Amazing place for a beautiful and peaceful stay in Hackney Wick.

This was the second time staying in this apartment. Very nice apartment. Clean, comfortable and the area was quiet. Very handy having Lidl grocery store only a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. Easy to get into central London from Belvedere station. Good bus service as well. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.

This was a great deal in the perfect area. It was walkable to food, shops and more. Matt welcomed us in person and showed us how to access the place, gave us a tour and really made us comfortable to enjoy the space. The beds were comfortable and the space was spacious for our family. You do need to get up stairs to access the place, so if you’re with elders or small children/lots of luggage, take note of that. The parking space was convenient as well.

We loved our stay at Franceska’s home in Forest Row! We were holidaying with our young children and my parents and all three generations loved the facilities and found the house very comfortable. The garden is lovely and enclosed so fab for the kids to play in and adults to sit in. The house was beautiful but also set up for family life which suited us perfectly. The playroom had loads of toys which our 2 and 4 year olds really enjoyed. The very easy access to the Forest Way right from the house made walking or cycling into Forest Row very safe and quick with the kids. The kitchen was very well stocked with equipment for cooking at home which was what we did most nights. The beds were comfortable and the living area downstairs was more spacious than we expected from the photos. Forest Row is a good base for exploring locally with small food shops, pubs, and a playground. We easily visited Wakehust Place, the Bluebell Railway, and Ashdown Forest. We would definitely stay again!

Lovely home away from home in a peaceful location. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas and we felt very welcome, comfortable and had a great stay. we recommend it absolutely! Super host! Oh and the walks around the area are highly recommended! Annette & Lloyd

Have stayed in many AirBnBs over the years but this was unquestionably a stand-out. Maybe even the best ever. It’s a beautiful house, in a beautiful location. And above all it feels instantly like a home. So many of even the best AirBnBs feel a little sterile. This house feels alive, and full of personal touches. Thank you! We had a wonderful time.
