We had a superb stay at Catherine’s and Paul’s place. It’s a great location with amazing views of the harbour, city and airport. Walkable to the beach (we even ran along it) although quite a steep walk back. There’s a supermarket about 5 minutes drive away. The apartment itself is spotless, and has everything you could need. Paul was really friendly and helpful (we didn’t meet Catherine while we were there) and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to others.

Host was amazing, responsive and even offered to drive us to the bus stop where we needed to be. Place is cozy, and just like the description. Place is in a nice location being 20 min walk to the beach in one direction (10 min walk to grocery store on the way) and 20 min to the city. But those 20 min in the heat and uphill are not fun, but it is doable, and worth it to save on taxi fare, but that is life on a Tropical island. Bus goes right by the place, so you can opt for it as well. I highly recommend this place, and enjoy the safe, calm neighborhood, and the host will be very responsive.

We absolutely loved our stay, Douglas was the perfect host, super helpful & friendly, all of which was much appreciated as it was our 1st visit to St Lucia. He booked us into a great restaurant for our first night & was full of useful recommendations incl helping us with arranging a hire car. He showed us round his amazing property & we were stunned by how beautiful it all was, the view is to die for looking out over the island & ocean with all the lush vegetation & beautiful flowers. Our room , Harbour View, was perfect - spotless, v comfortable, well equipped & beautifully decorated with a great view. We were greeted with delicious fresh coconuts that had just been cut from a tree in the garden. We didn’t do any cooking but the little kitchen had everything we needed if we had wanted to. We had a great breakfast cooked by Marville who had picked fruit from the garden for freshly squeezed carambolas & limes. It was so interesting & delicious to try all the local specialities.
