Vacation rentals with a patio in Charlotte, Rochester

Looks just like the pictures! Spacious, clean, and comfortable. The only downside is the noise from the nearby highway. Otherwise a comfortable place for a couple and a 85 lb dog!

We liked this old house that has been nicely updated. Place is spacious and very very clean! We really appreciated the call from Galina before we arrived informing us of a very minor cosmetic issue that didn’t even affect our stay.

This was an amazing stay! It is described perfectly and it’s cute! Everything was provided and Leanna was super responsive and nice if I ever needed anything. I visited during when it would get down to 9 degrees and I was still warm inside which was great. Highly recommend to anyone coming to Rochester

The amount of care and detail put into Katy’s place made this studio apartment feel anything but quaint. We had such a lovely time, despite our very short trip into town. The location is steps away from Park Ave, centrally located with easy off-street parking. Katy was quick to respond to any requests and we would highly recommend any of her rentals, based off of this experience.

We really enjoyed our stay and the location was convenient and very quiet. Other neighbors were very nice as well. I would surely recommend this place.

I had a great stay at Neil’s place while I was in town for work for 2 weeks. The neighborhood was quiet and the apartment had everything with clean towels plenty of blankets and the laundry in the basement was easy to use. I would definitely stay again! Neil was quick to answer and very polite over text he checked in to make sure everything was to my liking!

Especially liked the level 2 charging station located across the street. We were able to charge our electric car overnight. Big plus for us. Walked to a laser light show at the Planetarium. Beds are very comfortable.

This spacious apartment is a short drive to all the southern Rochester suburbs. Parking is easy and the host is very friendly and responsive.

Very peaceful place with wildlife right out back, yet still close to the airport and shopping. Clean and roomy feel. Great community. Super responsive and accommodating host. We'd love to check back in when we return to Rochester!

If I could give this place more than five stars I definitely would! This Airbnb is fantastic! Beautiful home, large spaces and all the amenities and extras you could hope for! It was even decorated for Christmas with a tree and assorted very tasteful decorations. There were even lights on the house! Everything about this stay made me feel so at home. The neighborhood is beautiful and my interactions with some of the locals were great. The next door neighbor even came without being asked and offered to help remove some snow from a light snowfall we had. He wouldn’t take no for an answer and was what anyone would want in a neighbor. I highly recommend this Airbnb and hopefully it will be available again the next time I am in town. Thank you so much!

Nicole’s place was perfect for our stay in Rochester. The proximity to RIT was amazing. The house itself is beautifully renovated and has all the amenities one could need. The view of the river was beautiful! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in Rochester.

Beautiful home very close to Park Ave but on a private side street tucked away. The cherry on top is a huge gas fireplace.

Beautiful home!! Perfect for our family trip, we enjoyed the house and felt right at home. Convenient location to many restaurants, bars and things to do. The space was very clean and had everything we needed.

This was our 2nd stay at Erin's place! Everything was as we remembered and we are grateful to have a beautiful place to stay near our daughter's school. Erin is very easy to work with.

This house was a great blend of historic and edgy modern renovations. It was very comfortable and spacious - the steam shower was a treat. The kitchen was beautiful and adequate for reheating leftovers and takeout - plus a really nice coffee/tea bar. The beds were comfy! I traveled with my elderly walker-using father and the place was accessible enough - there are a few stairs to the front door, and the bathroom has lots of things to use to steady oneself (ledges and corners and counters). It’s not fully ADA accessible of course but depending on needs it worked well even with the winter snow and ice :)

Amy's place was fantastic, and she was a very friendly, responsive, and accommodating host. Overall, it was a terrific experience.
