Fantastic stay! Our host was incredibly communicative and flexible, making the entire process seamless. When a very minor issue came up, they addressed it promptly and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The property was exactly as described, clean, and well-maintained. Highly recommend this host for an easy and enjoyable experience!

The location was perfect. I love the Park Avenue neighborhood in Rochester, and Katy's place is in the heart of it. Very walkable. The place itself is kept immaculately clean, with everything I could need. The historic house itself is well kept and lovely for a stay. And Katy is one of the nicest, most responsive hosts I have ever had!

We really enjoyed our stay and the location was convenient and very quiet. Other neighbors were very nice as well. I would surely recommend this place.

I had a great stay at Neil’s place while I was in town for work for 2 weeks. The neighborhood was quiet and the apartment had everything with clean towels plenty of blankets and the laundry in the basement was easy to use. I would definitely stay again! Neil was quick to answer and very polite over text he checked in to make sure everything was to my liking!

Great place! We have stayed here multiple times. It’s a great location — easy to walk to the museums, coffee shops, and restaurants. The unit is bright and spacious. Josh is a super responsive host and reached out regularly during our stay to see if all was going well. This is our go to place to stay when we visit Rochester.

Very peaceful place with wildlife right out back, yet still close to the airport and shopping. Clean and roomy feel. Great community. Super responsive and accommodating host. We'd love to check back in when we return to Rochester!

We had a great visit in Rochester and Nicole was wonderful. Very responsive and the home was very clean and beautifully appointed.

We spent four nights at Emily’s house and it was perfect for our stay! She provided everything we needed for four adults including complimentary coffee and plenty of kitchen items for cooking meals. Beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. We knew from pictures the stairs could be tricky at the top and they are steep, but we did well with taking it slow going up and down. The location can’t be beat, walkable to Park Ave for great restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Plus easy access to the rest of the city. We will certainly be keeping this house in mind for future visits to Rochester.

This was our 2nd stay at Erin's place! Everything was as we remembered and we are grateful to have a beautiful place to stay near our daughter's school. Erin is very easy to work with.

I highly recommend this property in LeRoy, NY. This beautiful home was exceptionally clean, well stocked with everything we needed and conveniently located within walking distance to the village. An added bonus is that every room has a king sized bed which makes everyone’s stay very comfortable…..no deciding who gets the twin beds :-). Gina is very responsive and the perfect host. We had a great weekend in LeRoy in this lovely home. We will definitely book again. Book this property, you won’t regret it!
