Victoria’s place was fantastic. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless and welcoming. The bed felt like a high-end hotel bed—super comfortable with the best pillows I’ve ever used. The couch was cozy and even pulled out into an extra bed, which was really convenient. The kitchen had everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay. It’s clear that Victoria puts a lot of care into her space. My friend and I had a great time and would definitely stay here again the neighborhood was also quiet clean, and safe!

Jess is an incredible host who was always responsive, friendly, and periodically even checked in to ensure we didn’t need anything and shared the tide levels with us throughout our stay. The house is gorgeous! And so much fun. We never even left the house our entire stay because we were enjoying the amenities so much. The beds are so comfortable. The hot tub was warm and ready to go upon our arrival. Jess was so nice to allow additional guests to come to our Easter dinner which was not a part of our original plans, a dinner that then turned into a ping-pong tournament which was such a good time. Just waking up to the sound of the birds in the morning was such a wonderful treat. My own guests that I invited to come stay with me were so delighted and impressed with the home, everyone truly enjoyed their stay. It was by far 5 star accommodations that I would give 10 if I could!

This is a beautiful guest house and we will be sure to stay longer next time. We just needed a place to stay for 1 night and this was very convenient. The house was very well kept, clean, and smelled amazing. We enjoyed the little extras provided in the kitchen. Our children enjoyed watching the chickens. Larry was very responsive and even turned the lights on for us since we were going to be out late. Next time, we will be sure to stay longer and enjoy the beautiful property.

This was my fourth stay with Theo and every time, it seems like he includes something to make the stay more enjoyable. Very responsive to any questions or issues that arise. Always flexible! I love it there and it is definitely my home away from home! I look forward to my next stay!
