I can’t say enough about Kevin as a host and my first experience with AirBnB. He didn’t make me feel bad for asking 100 questions LOL and he always responded with kindness. His place was perfect and he was a great host. I’m blessed to have found him.

Wonderful stay! The place was very clean, cozy and quiet. It is in a great location near restaurants and the river trail. Emilia was thoughtful and responsive, and thoughtful in leaving books and a map for my visits to Acadia National Park. I also enjoyed the Birdhouse theme and the bird touches around the Airbnb. Wifi was excellent for remote work. Highly recommend it!

This place is a steal ! Very comfortable , roomy, location was right where I wanted to be and no one bugged me even once while I was there . Great host and great property
