If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! This villa in the picturesque village of Koukounara is a dream come true. From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted with stunning views of the mountains and sea that make you feel like you’ve stepped into paradise. The villa is even better and bigger than the photos—an architectural masterpiece blending luxury, comfort, and thoughtful design. Every detail is state-of-the-art, from modern appliances to plush furnishings. It’s spacious and perfect for unwinding, whether you’re inside or enjoying the beautiful outdoor areas. Every moment feels like pure luxury.Manolis was exceptional, providing amazing recommendations for local activities, restaurants, and hidden gems.His guidance helped us discover incredible places and experiences we’ll never forget.This villa is perfect for anyone seeking luxury, breathtaking views, and local culture. We’re already counting down the days until we return with our whole family next summer!

Thanks for having us! We had a great time at your place. We were welcomed with some local specialties of their own production and with a big bowl of fresh fruits. This was a very kind gesture and immediately made us feel welcome. The beaches (3 of them) were all on a 5 minute walk. Restaurant and shops were very close too. The busstop to Chania city centre was at a 5 minute walk and the drive there was very fast. The apartment was fully equipped and had everything we needed. We had a small leak under the sink and upon informing them, they immediately sent somebody to repair it and within an hour it was completely replaced and working again. After halfway through our stay, we received fresh sheets without having to ask for it. Thanks again for having us, if we come back to Crete we will definitely book this place again!

We had a fantastic stay at Xeni's, Dimitri was the best host ever and so helpful. We had four very sick adults and he went to the Chemist for me and got us medicine and would not accept any payment, he was so so kind. His children met us at midnight as we had a late flight into Crete. The house was amazing and the fridge was full when we arrived ham, cheese, water, fruit, wine eggs all you need for the first few days. The beds are comfortable and the AC works perfectly. The beach is 50 meters away, as are the pubs and restaurants, great location. We will be back. Dimitris was the best host we have ever met. Thank you so much. Gillian and Family

The place is the best airbnb we have stayed in. Perfectly located to walk everywhere - local shops, to old town and bus station. Excellent restaurants 2mins away. I swam twice a day at beautiful beach of Nea Chora. Spacious. Garden area at back for sunny breakfast with visiting sweet cat. Lovely terrace at front for view of harbour and sunset. The road outside house is not noisy. It was very peaceful at night. Comfortable bedrooms, comfortable beds, efficient cleaning and fresh towels and linen over our month stay. Alkis arranged a taxi to take us to the door, and for all of the friends joining us over the month. He gave very useful and helpful reccomendations on vegetarian restaurants and local food shopping. Always very responsive. Chania is a beautiful, safe and interesting city with superb archaeology, very interesting museums including a replica of a Minoam boat; very friendly Cretan people. We will certainly be back.

Beautiful apartment, backyard is very generous, large kitchen and lounge. Walking distance to beautiful beach, restaurants, short drive to supermarkets. The place had everything you need plus more and treats on arrival. Would highly recommend for families. Beautiful to relax in the backyard and enjoy a BBQ.

Me and my friends had the best time The villa was spacious, super clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, the garden was lovely and the pool was perfect. The location is not very central and it worked great for us - it was quiet and we had the sense of privacy, yet it was a walking distance from really great restaurants, some beaches, supermarkets and local shops We even discovered a bus stop right outside the villa - It took us about 30 min to get to Chania city center on one direction, and about 15 min to get to Kolymbari on the other direction The hosts were really friendly and informative, responded right away to every question we had and gave us some good recommendations One small issue we had - sometimes the hot water would run out for the last people who took showers (we were 8 people) But all in all a it was a great accommodation and we had a wonderful time staying there

Everything was great except I know people mentioned in the pasted the shower is so tiny. There's a high bathtub that you need to climb into. Just a suggestion maybe it should be made into a stand in shower. But the apartment was great to stay in and all is within walking distance. Super safe to walk to for late dinner and drinks. Sofia was very accommodating. Thank you! We had a great time in Chania. Would totally recommend it!
