Monthly Rentals in Chambers County

This guesthouse was perfect for my husband and me. We attended a family member’s wedding at Magnolia Grove in Anahuac, so the location was perfect. The guesthouse itself was so comfortable, cozy, and very clean. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely stay here. Brent was also incredibly friendly and responsive. The guesthouse shares a driveway and patio with the main house, and he made it a point to let us know days in advance that someone else booked the main house. I appreciated the heads up. He also shared when people would be coming to the house to mow the grass and help with the trash during our stay. And when we had a quick question about locking the front door, Brent was responsive and was able to help us quickly. We recommend this great guesthouse! We would definitely stay here again!

Nice place close to school and not far from beach!

Our family had a great stay. More than enough space to accommodate our family which consists of 2 adults and 2 children (14 & 6 yr old). Quiet neighborhood close to everything. We felt right at home. Would definitely stay again when we are back in town.

Debra was an amazing host who clearly cares about how her guests are enjoying their stay. She went out of her way to check in and make sure my pup and I had everything we needed. The house is in great condition and is literally steps from the water. (Small beach town feel but easy access to main roads/highway.) The fenced in yard was another bonus for my dog!
