This is a beautiful place, designed and kept wonderfully. Maintenance /cleaning staff so friendly and helpful all the time. The pictures don’t do justice to this home. You set into an oasis . Wake up with birds singing. Although it is a quiet part of the island. If you walk towards Palai pier there is a good coffe shop restaurant called Hiwpeek with live music after 6 pm.

I spent a week here and enjoyed the best sleep I’ve had in months. The place offered a peaceful, comfortable environment that truly felt like a home away from home. The unit is well-equipped with everything you might need, especially if you prefer to cook rather than dine out every day. The AC is excellent—cooling the space quickly—and the shower consistently provides hot water, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The bldg set on a quieter street just off the main road, it’s within easy walking distance to numerous dining options and well-known massage places. Despite being so central, the apt remains quiet at night, ensuring restful evenings. It’s also conveniently located next to a Western-style market, perfect for picking up essentials or familiar if you feel homesick. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the host, Jeremy. He is warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful—always ready to assist with anything you need or offer recommendations to enhance your stay.

A truly awesome place to stay in a great location. Phailin was so good with communication and truly thought of every detail to make the place feel like home. Fantastic view from the balcony. Pools were always perfect temperature. 10/10 in every regard.

It was super nice, it was really good and lived up to ALL standards. We were not disappointed and left for ourselves. This was a lovely experience that can definitely be repeated again. Chalong area is no further than 20-25 min from the fun stuff. Only patong beach is furthest away. Don't hesitate to book the house and right next door you can rent a car if you now have a family like we had. Next to the house, in walking distance is there; lion land, dolphin land, shooting land, crocodille land and soon to be elephant world/zoo. If you're into sports and especially martial arts, boxing and some runs, the area is ready for you. Great surroundings and the app GRAB, where you can order good food and within 20 minutes, then the food will be with you. It was a great experience and 14 days was too little, but you also have to go home to work 😂😜
