Abhishek's place is a fusa free, well organized living space. I usually stay at bigger places, apartments etc., but the place even though a bit small is so well organized that I could probably rent a 1 room set like this and stay for months without an issue. The place although on main road, is a little inside making it quiet and the view behind from balcony especially at night is good. The room is airy and has good ventilation. Move out and you have great eating joints, pretty cheap as well, also a Reliable Store for your daily needs. The network and wifi worked well for my work needs. Abhishek is gem of a person and I forgot my silver Rudraksh mala at his place, and he was kind enough to find time to ship that back to me. He is very proactive and respectful, and a great host. Overall, great experience, and highly recommended.

First things first - The caretaker Mr. Ram Ji is an absolute gentleman and fantastic host. He went out of his way to ensure all our needs were accommodated and ensured our stay was comfortable. Coming to the property - The location is amazing and the view of bedrooms is to die for. We lived on the 2nd floor and the view was best from there - There are 2 other floors with separate entry & kitchen. This is good because if other guests are also staying in the building, you'll still always have privacy - Theres a nice dining area on the ground floor which unfortunately is only accessible from ground floor's bedroom. - The caretaker will cook veg food for you and if you want non veg, he'll bring the raw materials and you can cook it yourself like we did - Lastly, the only con in my opinion is that the place should have beds. The mattersess were fine but beds would make it comfortable.
