Monthly Rentals in Chagrin Falls

Great hosts and lovely property. I would highly recommend and absolutely stay again.

Rita’s charming space is thoughtfully curated; immaculately clean; and instantly inviting and comfortable. She’s responsive and helpful, and we’re grateful that she hosted us! We felt right at home and enjoyed morning walks to Heartwood Coffee, eating lunch at 17 River Grille overlooking the Falls, and exploring a nearby trail along the river (there’s a staircase to the left of the bridge near the old paper mill!). After exploring in town (Fireside Books and Yours Truly are can’t-miss stops), we really appreciated the peace and quiet of Rita’s space. It had everything we needed and more — we definitely recommend Rita’s place for a relaxing stay!

Gideon was a great host and the space was wonderful. Super relaxed and tranquil. The basement couch and projector was such an awesome combo, didn’t even use the bedroom!! 10/10 Will stay here again!

Right downtown and right above Starbucks. That is the good and the bad. In the morning it was great just to order my coffee and go down and pick it up. This bad was that the patrons started coming early and you could hear the very muffled sound of the door opening and closing. On a temporary note, the bridge over the falls is being replaced and that is happening right outside. However, it is temporary and they were not working early in the morning so it did not impact us at all. As someone who spent 15 years living in Chagrin, we loved being right downtown for the Christmas week. Very Magical.
