Boštjan and Tamara were great hosts, they were super responsive and communication was great before and during our stay. We had an amazing time, the apartment was great. We highly recommend this spacious and beautifully located home. The view was amazing and we walked to old town on a lovely path every day. It took us about thirty enjoyable minutes. There were several restaurants so close by on the waterfront. We are ate at two of them and in old town another night. Sako was so nice and was so quick to reply to amy questions. We used the washer and dryer, right outside our door. There were adequate supplies of soap, shampoo, coffee and linens. It was a superb experience staying at Sako’s home. Thank you, Sako.

If I could give it 6 stars I would. I absolutely adored this place. The inside was so cute and clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The area was about 25 minutes from the old town and bus stop. It was a perfect, peaceful getaway from the crowded and touristy areas. They have a spot to go swimming, towels, a yoga mat, and deck chairs! I loved this airbnb so much I didn’t want to leave. Perfect if you’re solo or for couples. Lovely, lovely airbnb. I have only wonderful things to say about it.

Loved our stay in this incredible apartment! My worries about tourists noise was quickly squashed because the window insulation is amazing. I slept so well. What a unique and cool place to stay inside a walled city. The apartment is impeccably updated with every detail imaginable. Really well done compliments to the host! I would return again in an instant.

Walkable to the old town and local amenities! 🙏 Gordan was responsive and was extremely helpful, added bonus he booked taxis for us to and from the airport. We had a beautiful days in this amazing apartment. The living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and everything are comfortable. Everything we needed during stay was equipped, including items not listed on Airbnb website, we wonder why that is not advertised.

The apartment is located in an ideal area, 5 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the old town. Comfortable and cozy. The most remarkable thing was Vladimir's parents, who only picked us up at the bus terminal, and also dropped us off on the way back. In addition to his generosity and kindness, to the point that they welcomed us with cakes and soft drinks, always attentive to what we needed. Highly recommended!!!

We had a lovely stay over the Christmas period after travelling in our camper for the last 7 months this was a nice reset for us. The house was as described the host was responsive, we were met by his Mum and sister who were very friendly and accommodating. His Mum even bought us over some burek which was delicious. Just a couple of small points, there didn’t seem to be a dryer as stated in the amenities listing, and we couldn’t seem to get the hot water to work in the kitchen (not sure if it was something we were doing or not). Other than that a lovely stay. Thanks

We arrived as a family with 4 children. We had a great time. The children ran between the pool, the billiards and the mini golf. The kitchen is well-equipped and clean. Quiet and pleasant atmosphere. We had a great time!

Everything was excellent and very nice. Clean and spacious apartment with great views, perfect for our family with three kids and a dog. Golub and his parents were most helpful and friendly – and did everything to keep us happy and warm in the winter. Will definitely come again and recommend to our friends.

The apartment is very centrally located. Kotor, restaurants and supermarket, everything is in walking distance and yet the apartment is very quiet. To the promenade you go over the garden a few stairs down - only the mosquitoes were a bit annoying here. The apartment is extremely clean and very well equipped. We really enjoyed staying in Dobrota. The house was located close to the beach with beautiful stone piers. Darko showed us the house and helped us quickly when we had issues with the warm water.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Villa Splendour, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, Andrij welcomed us with genuine warmth and incredible hospitality that made us feel right at home. The villa itself is beautiful—well-kept, charming, and full of character. But what truly takes your breath away is the unbelievable view. Photos simply don’t do it justice; it’s something you have to experience in person to fully appreciate. With the Bay of Kotor stretching out before us. Whether you’re sipping coffee on the terrace or watching the sunset in the evening, the scenery is nothing short of magical. We can’t recommend this place highly enough. Thank you, Andrij and Alexandra, for sharing your little piece of paradise with us—we’ll never forget it!

We had a fantastic 2-day stay at this Airbnb in Kotor Old Town! The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of the historic center, just steps away from charming cafes, restaurants, and all the main attractions. Despite being so central, the apartment was peaceful and comfortable, giving us the best of both worlds. Communication with our host was excellent from start to finish. They were incredibly responsive, friendly, and gave us great local tips that helped make our short stay even more enjoyable. Check-in was smooth and everything was exactly as described. The space itself was clean, well-equipped, and had a lot of character that fit perfectly with the old town vibe. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kotor — you really can’t beat the location and the hospitality!

It was a wonderful house in the center of Kotor. We stayed with 6 people very comfortably. It was 5 minutes away from the center of the city. It was great to sit on the balcony and watch the view of Montenegro. Our hosts made us very welcome and provided helpful information about the city details. Thank you

The sea view balcony is definitely the highlight of the room where you can enjoy your meals there while watching sunset. The room is well-equipped with seasoning, kitchen utensil, washing machine and even drying machine. Highly recommended

If you are going to Kotor then this is the place to stay. Petar is a fantastic host and his apartment has everything you need for an amazing restful stay. The view from the balcony is one in a million. We will definitely be back to swim in the crystal clear water just feet from the apartment. Top Tip. Eat at least once in Moments restaurant on the road towards Kotor about half an hours stroll away. You wont be disappointed. Thank you Petar.

Located right in the heart of the very central old town, this place made us feel like a home. It had a clean and beautiful ambiance. We wanted to take the house and go to Istanbul, and it was very nice that they also took care of the😂😂 tourist tax and we did not have to deal with it.

We only have amazing things to say about Carol. She very kindly came to pick us up from the airport and stopped off at the supermarket before dropping us off at the apartment. We were so grateful. She gave us some great recommendations too. The apartment is right opposite a beach club which is brilliant. really lovely sunbeds and umbrellas (30 euros for a full day) but there's was also a public beach too for us to enjoy a dip if we didn't want to stay there for the whole day. The food at the beach club was also delicious. There are two amazing restaurants about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Klacken and a waterside oyster and mussels BBQ. Both were exceptional and incredibly fresh. Perast is a 2km walk away where there are multiple restaurants, all of them lovely. But the walk is on a main road by the apartment so be sure to get a taxi. We had such a wonderful stay. would definitely recommend to friends.

Lovely place! It was our first time in Montenegro and we couldn’t find a better place to say. Nikola is very reactive, we even had a welcome champagne and chocolate. The place really look like the pictures. Nice view on mountains and the sea, we loved it. The neighborhood is really calm, a lot of cats outside tho (perfect place for cat lovers !) The place is actually located in Dobrota, we booked a car for the week so we could join the center of kotor very fast (10 min). It is was a perfect stay, definitely coming back !! Love Montenegro 😘
