Veselin's place is perfect! The apartment is right on the water (only a small street in between) and thus you have a wonderful view of the sea, the coast and the mountains. The apartment is large and very well appointed. Particularly beautiful is the direct terrace in front of the door, ideal for breakfast or dinner overlooking the beautiful landscape. We would especially like to mention the incredible hospitality of Veselin and his wife. Veselin has a lot of knowledge about the history of the country and is happy to share it. We were able to learn a lot and received great tips from him. Due to the cordiality of the two, we felt right at home. Staying here is highly recommended!

Ivana and Ivan are a very good team and very helpful. The house is very beautiful as seen in the photos, the sea is right in front of the house. The barbecue was useful and the garden was very large. In the season, if you do not have your own vehicle, transportation is a problem. I definitely recommend it for those looking for a house with a garden. I would prefer it if I came to this area again

A beautiful home, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The main bedroom is beautiful with all facilities as described. The balcony leading off this is a great place to have breakfast while watching the ships and boats on the bay. All bedrooms have very comfortable beds and with bathrooms as described. The kitchen has everything needed and with there’s a separate laundry room. The outside area is big and we used the BBQ one evening, a large dining area both inside and outside give you options depending upon the weather and time of year. In May we had sunny warm days and used the pool and sun loungers under Olive trees The blue line bus stops nearby for Kotor. Good restaurants 5- 10 minutes away by car/ taxi. Marko is an excellent host, he replies quickly with any questions and can recommend boat trips taxis etc. He does his utmost to help you always Book this home, it’s truly stunning ! Suitable for families and couples, we were 6 adults. Some steps to be aware of outside

A great deal, well worth it! This place is right on the water and just gorgeous. My friends and I got to swim and use the kayaks, along with play ping pong in the courtyard. The apartment is perfectly simple, quiet, and peaceful along the water. My only note is that it is a bit hard to find and I wish the instructions to get to the house were a bit more clear because we had trouble finding it at first. Otherwise, loved it and would come back! Marko's dad is extremely sweet too

We had a lovely stay over the Christmas period after travelling in our camper for the last 7 months this was a nice reset for us. The house was as described the host was responsive, we were met by his Mum and sister who were very friendly and accommodating. His Mum even bought us over some burek which was delicious. Just a couple of small points, there didn’t seem to be a dryer as stated in the amenities listing, and we couldn’t seem to get the hot water to work in the kitchen (not sure if it was something we were doing or not). Other than that a lovely stay. Thanks

A great place with an amazing view ! A beautiful villa, with great facilities and a beautifully clean pool. Vladimir, the host was very hospitable and kind in providing recommendations and services. Would recommend this villa for families and friends !

Djuro is a great host, he made communication very easy, he speaks English. He came around when we checked in and even offered to drive us to the store and ATM. He also planned our boat cruise and ensured we enjoyed ourselves. We couldn’t make it to the wine tasting we planned but he ensured he got us a free bottle of wine. He’s a great host!

We loved this place! The pictures do not do the view justice or emphasize how close the beach is - right across the one way street. My friends and I did a "workation" - wifi was just strong enough to support our virtual work calls. And then we could quickly run down to the water for a beach break. Beautiful terraces and lovely views all around. With a grocery store nearby (~6min walk) and the old town about (20-30 min walk).

Very well equipped, Maria is evidently a very thoughtful host. Loved having the use of the kayak and being able to wave from the little jetty for the boat to the bar the other side. Enjoyed a meal at the lake side restaurant by the harbour but be prepared to cater for yourselves as the next night it was shut and the bar the other side wasn't cooking, only drinks. Not a problem for us as Maria's place is so we'll equipped

What a magical place, the village and the house are so peaceful, you are truly surrounded by nature of all kinds. I have never seen so many wild flowers with a carpet of purple autumn crocuses attracting bees, butterflies and other insects. In the 4 days we stayed we saw, or heard, over 35 different birds, including a flock of Bee-eaters, Kingfishers, Tree Sparrows and Spotted Flycatchers to name a few. It wasn't ideal weather for bird spotting either so I imagine there's plenty more to see! The river was crystal clear and whilst we planed to explore further afield we didn't need, or want to, we were more than content to spend our days wandering around the village, following the river and eating every night in the amazing restaurant that is a 15 minute walk from the house. The house is bigger than it appears in the photographs, is very comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. Milos is an exceptional host and I would definitely recommend you stay here!

a little must-have the place is beautiful, the exteriors, the pool are very clean... a little disappointed by the inside of the cottage which deserved a little maintenance, the bedroom windows did not close. There are indeed dogs in the "village" who barked a good part of the night...a little hard if you are a light sleeper but despite its small negative points, the place remains magical. The breakfast offered is royal! fruit, charcuterie, cheese, bread..... Overnight stay I couldn't try the activities, it would be a pleasure to come back to fix it
