Vacation rentals with beach access in Cetinje Municipality

My partner and I had a great stay at Mira’s apartment in Drazin Vrt. The location is amazing, we couldn’t get enough of the view from the balcony! Mira was extremely helpful throughout our stay and made our trip to Montenegro special. Thank you Mira, we had an amazing time!

Brilliant view and great check-in. The place was exactly as described and wonderful to come home to every night. We had a nice stay.

I was positively suprised of the view from apartment. Room was clean and cozy and communication went well with Stefan. We had a car and were able to see quickly all the surrounding areas and I recommend to rent a car for moving around. Bus is also moving close by but the e-bikes were not working down the walking street. Only slightly negative side was the amount of light that comes to apartment in the morning so sleepingmask (at least for me) was a must. Maybe curtains for sleeping could be good adding to apartment 🤗

What a brilliant stay me and my partner had! The apartment was clean and was perfect for what we needed. Walkable to the old town and local amenities! 🙏 Gordan was responsive and was extremely helpful, added bonus he booked taxis for us to and from the airport. Overall a quality trip, in a lovely apartment and in a fantastic location like Kotor. 5 stars all round ⭐️

From start to finish, Nikoleta and her partner were so helpful with very clear instructions regarding check-in & lots of useful recommendations. The apartment was immaculate & extremely comfortable with all the amenities you could need. We would definitely recommend Dobrota as an excellent base to explore the area and the apartment was the perfect place for a peaceful stay whilst being close enough to walk into Kotor centre. As first time visitors to Montenegro, we couldn’t have chosen better!

A perfect base for a stay in Kotor! In the heart of Old town with all the buzz and excitement of the cafes and bars, but tucked away so it felt private and safe. Host’s were friendly and helpful, very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The home itself is modern, but effortlessly showcases the charm of the building’s character. Spotlessly clean, with everything you could need. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay and lovely host! Meri and her daughters were always therel, helping us with local recommendations on restuarants, activities and more. We had two toddlers with us, and they really enjoyed the terrace. Will defenitely recommend.

We had such an amazing time at Zeljko's house. He is an amazing host, was very reliant and took great care of us. The house is very beautiful and quiet, with a great view and even access to a garden. We couldn't have found a better place in Montenegro.

Great stay ! We loved our time at Nensi's. She was very helpful and friendly. The apartment had all the amenities that any traveller could ask for and more ! We loved the luxury of having a washing machine, Nespresso machine and a cosy living space after a long time on the road. Added bonus of having a private parking space for the car and also that it's a super short 5 minutes walk to the old town. There is a shopping mall nearby should you need anything from the supermarket or pharmacy. The common terrace just off the living room was heavenly and perfect for breakfast before exploring the town.. Would recommend to everyone from a couple to a family for a stay. And we will be back again Nensi!!

Enjoyed my stay! Jovana organised her dad to pick me up which was very nice of them! Great views, clean and well equipped only thing is like much of budva its up a very steep hill so anyone with reduced mobility would struggle

Ado's place is perfect for us to relax before heading home. Right along the coastline where the first thing you see when you get out of the property is the Bay (Just to clarify, you cannot see the Bay inside the unit). It's very peaceful and yet within 15 minutes walk to the Old Town. Abundant restaurants and even some markets to dine and shop. Ado also recommended a fish market for us to buy fresh catch. It's a must visit place if you love to cook seafood and drink wine. We arrived very late at night, so it was a bit nervous driving the narrow coastal road with cars parked on both sides and without street lights. But Ado was kind enough to have his daughter waited outside for us. The bathroom was a bit tight and the water heater capacity was small, so if you are a group of four and want hot showers, you will have to space yourselves or take quick showers. We got used to it the second night :) All in all, it was a splendid stay. Thank you for everything, Ado. Best to Bo-Bo too.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Villa Splendour, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, Andrij welcomed us with genuine warmth and incredible hospitality that made us feel right at home. The villa itself is beautiful—well-kept, charming, and full of character. But what truly takes your breath away is the unbelievable view. Photos simply don’t do it justice; it’s something you have to experience in person to fully appreciate. With the Bay of Kotor stretching out before us. Whether you’re sipping coffee on the terrace or watching the sunset in the evening, the scenery is nothing short of magical. We can’t recommend this place highly enough. Thank you, Andrij and Alexandra, for sharing your little piece of paradise with us—we’ll never forget it!

Super nice accommodation. Very good location for walking between Perast and easily accessible to get to Kotor. A little noisy outside with the cars, but the beautiful view makes you forget the little noises. Satisfied with this accommodation, I recommend it!

Appartement was very nice, very close to the water. and the vieuw outside the window is like a chefs kiss. The host is very nice, friendly and responsive!

We had a fantastic 2-day stay at this Airbnb in Kotor Old Town! The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of the historic center, just steps away from charming cafes, restaurants, and all the main attractions. Despite being so central, the apartment was peaceful and comfortable, giving us the best of both worlds. Communication with our host was excellent from start to finish. They were incredibly responsive, friendly, and gave us great local tips that helped make our short stay even more enjoyable. Check-in was smooth and everything was exactly as described. The space itself was clean, well-equipped, and had a lot of character that fit perfectly with the old town vibe. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kotor — you really can’t beat the location and the hospitality!

Alex’s apartment offers a stunning, unobstructed view of the Bay of Kotor, best enjoyed from the spacious west-facing balcony—perfect for watching the sunset. The balcony also features a motorized retractable awning, providing sun shade or cover from rain. The location is ideal, just a short drive from both Kotor and Perast, with a convenient bus stop right out front for easy access without a car. A well-stocked grocery store is just a short walk away. Inside, the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the use of the pool during our stay. Alex was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. We’d absolutely stay here again—thank you, Alex and Lorna, for a wonderful stay!

Located right in the heart of the very central old town, this place made us feel like a home. It had a clean and beautiful ambiance. We wanted to take the house and go to Istanbul, and it was very nice that they also took care of the😂😂 tourist tax and we did not have to deal with it.

This is just hands down a beautiful place to stay. I was impressed by the level of detail in the decoration. Krsto is a great host and very swift in communication. I’d recommend this place to anyone who wants an extraordinary stay in Kotor.

First of all, we would like to thank Sandra for everything. It was the best place we could have stayed with our 2.5-year-old child. Everything was thoughtfully prepared in the house, and the neighborhood felt very safe. It felt as if we were staying with family. Waking up to that beautiful view every morning, hearing the birds sing, and smelling the jasmine flowers was simply amazing. Being able to walk to the town center and staying in a calm yet central location was wonderful. Having a safe place to park our car was also a great bonus. The house was spotlessly clean and had all the essentials for cooking. The neighbors were friendly and peaceful people. It truly felt like we had gone to and returned from our own summer house. If we ever visit again, we will definitely choose this place. It’s a perfect stay in every way — highly recommended. Wishing a lovely holiday to those who are planning to come!

Great apartment, nothing bad to say about it. Even though there are restaurants right outside, noise is not bad at all.
