Me and my girlfriend had a 5-day vacation, we were staying with a girl, we thought it would be a problem, but we did not have any problems, the house was very tidy and comfortable, we did not have any problems with the entrances and exits, it was flexible. The host gave us the Netflix and wifi password from the first day, and we did not miss much from him, and we did not have much request from him, and our host reached us without us writing. In the middle of the corpse in terms of location, you can reach places where you can eat comfortably, where you can easily eat, shopping, a place that was a price and performance holiday for us. If you have a car, you can reach the popular beaches in Cesme in 15-20 minutes for 10 minutes to the popular beaches in the Alacati region, it is really nice in terms of location, thank you for the weeping, we are satisfied with them, I hope you are satisfied with us, please stay safe 🤍⭐️

Thanks to Mr. Veli, we had a peaceful holiday with a full sea view at a very reasonable price at an incredibly beautiful view. Even on October 29th, we went to the sea in the bay right next to our hotel in the morning. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for everything❤️

it was a very peaceful environment, it was just like on the pictures. The communication with the host was great. it is nice to get away from the city over the weekend and spend time right by the waters.

All the requirements for our comfort during the stay were considered and provided in advance. Most of what we bought in case it was needed was already there. Located in a quiet and peaceful place. Although it feels just like you are, the presence of houses nearby and the fence and cameras surrounding the garden make you feel safe. If you prefer to stay, I recommend enjoying the hammock in the early morning with the sounds of birds. If you have a car, it is very convenient to get to the grocery store and the beach. There are beautiful beaches around. In short, it was a very pleasant holiday, thank you Mr. Vedat for all his support 🙏🏻

Pierre was great host. The place near to sea you can walk from home. The you will have private space in garden to getting relax. All equipment was available at the home. You will enjoy during your vacation☺️

Our apartment was in a great location, we ended up at the sea in as little as two minutes on foot. The air conditioners were great, it cooled the moment we turned on. There were great shops around the apartment building. Our host Elif was extremely kind and kind. We were very pleased to stay, we will definitely stay here again when we go here again. Thank you

Everything actually went really well; the host was friendly and helpful. One day we didn’t have electricity because the area is still under construction, and we weren’t informed about it, but apparently, they didn’t know either. The view of the sea was truly calming, stunning, and extremely beautiful. It will be very interesting to see how the area looks like in 5 years when it’s finished. The road to the apartment is a bit bumpy and feels somewhat like an off-road track, but you can still get there with a regular car. Thank you, and have a wonderful spring and happy life! ❤️🙏🏻

The villa was very nice with great views. The pool was bigger than it looked in the photos. We found the villa very clean upon arrival. There was everything you needed. We would book this place again anytime. Thanks for the great stay.

It's been a pleasant holiday for us. The road is a little rough in the last part of the transportation to the house, but the house is in a quiet area, so it made us very happy. We were also very satisfied with the cleanliness, the house was immaculate, the amenities were sufficient, many products were new, they were arranged for our use. We were able to have a very pleasant time in the garden and pool. It was also very close to the sea and our transportation was easy. Since the area is a new settlement, there are new constructions, so the roads are a little rough. Although we had a few problems, Ms. Deniz and her team were solution-oriented, they were very interested, so we thank them very much 😊

We stayed here with my family and absolutely loved it, very clean and looks just like the photos. Local restaurants and beaches were very easy to get to, there is also walkable distance taxi stop near the home. Very responsive and lovely home owners, would definitely recommend this place.

Amazing Villa for a Perfect Stay! We had a fantastic time staying at this beautiful villa in Çeşme. It was spacious, clean, and perfect for multiple families, offering both comfort and privacy. The location was ideal—close to the beach and local spots, yet peaceful. Everything was well-maintained, and the atmosphere made us feel right at home. We would love to come back again!

Cenk is an excellent host, he is friendly and helpful! The house is situated in front of a warm sea, it is a quiet place ideal for a peaceful vacation especially for families. We had all the necessary stuff for our everyday life. It is also near the most beautiful places in Izmir Cesme, Alacati, etc.. We will certainly come back and I recommend this beautiful house to everyone who is looking for a nice stay in Turkey. A big thanks to Cenk and all his family for their kindness and hospitality!

Amazing house in the suburbs of Cesme. Quite street with friendly people. Ideal for families with kids. We enjoyed every bid of it. the beach is just a 2min walk from the house and Alacati center, Cesme or Urla just a short car ride away. Sedat and his family were most welcoming, would definately recommend it.
