The house, which has 2 bedrooms and 1 living room, has 1 large bed(150x200), 1 small bed(120x200), and a sofa in the living room that turns into a bed. The house has all the supplies you need such as white goods, TV, air conditioning, WiFi, barbecue. It is in a safe location where you can vacation with peace of mind with your family. Close to beaches.

In the dalyan yacht of Çeşme, 4 rooms with sea views, in a super location, panoramic sea and marina views are unique, where you can feel the magnificent coolness on the hottest days, completely renovated with furniture,all rooms are spacious with a balcony, 3 double 3 single beds, 3 bathrooms and toilets are brand new, the view is cool, be our guest if you like quality and enjoyment, the rooms have air conditioning, there is a fireplace for winter, the walls are insulated, it is cool in the warm summer in winter.

Our villa is the duplex part of a triplex building, and separated from the adjoining basement unit. It is 250m away from Ali Bostan Plaji, a 'sandy' public beach. It is within walking distance to local bakery, supermarket, mosque. Nearby Dalyan village hosts world class fish restaurants. Our 200m2 villa is furnished adequately for 8 guests with a nice swimming pool and a private garden. Our neighborhood is quiet and ideal for families with kids. Winter-rental is OK with AC heaters.

At this house, we have a reverse osmose water filter system. You do not need to buy drinking water. In all our houses we use ecofriendly material for a better world.

Our brother Uğur greeted us at the first entrance to the house. We are a very understanding and friendly brother. We felt like we came to our family friend's house with very warm and absolutely sharp rules like a host family, we thank him very much. After that, I will definitely spend the summer here, the house is immaculately clean, Mr. Uğur helped us with whatever we wanted. The house was in a peaceful and decent area The location was very good, our evening walks , going to and from the park with our children made it feel like home. The pool was cold because it didn't get much sun. But it was normal in late August and taking into account the weather I'm sure we'll be back 🙏

The accommodation experience offered by Mr. Şerafettin in Çeşme was really great. The house was very spacious and immaculately clean, every detail was thoughtfully thought out. Everything we saw in the photos was presented in person and we didn't get any surprises. The host supported us in case of any problems or needs, regardless of the time, which allowed us to have a comfortable and peaceful holiday. Even though we were in November, being able to use the pool was also a big plus thanks to the pool heating system. Highly recommend, thank you Mr. Şerafettin!
