Davide was very friendly, easy reachable, very clear instructions for self check in, he also lives nearby so can quickly react in case of any problems. Location is great, private parking within premises and behind fence, building with lift, apartment well equipped, kids loved netflix in all rooms. :) Hopefully we will come back again, great base for exploring Emilia Romagna and San Marino.

Elisa was very attentive at my arrival and very gentle. The house environment mirroed the warm welcome, and she was so kind to offer on homem ade cake that made my day. The surroundings with nature and birds let me relax as the beautiful garden Elise and Cesare have, as well as their cute cats. I loved the home as it has a sustainble looks and comfort. The stay at Mario's place was very comfortable. I appreciated the cleanliness of the apartment and the fact that there was the possibility of a really flexible check-in and check-out and also great communication. Really recommended apartment in a beautiful area for mountain walks.

Everything is perfect and above expectations. Beautiful house in every detail, great recovery, with taste. Great location for downtown but also x explore the surroundings. Santarcangelo is a delightful place but returning home was a beautiful and pleasant feeling. I would say everything is perfect, good and deserving of an excellent review.

Donata and her husband welcomed us warmly, Donata is very available and explains everything we can do nearby (parks, aquarium, monuments) the landscape is beautiful, the environment is extremely quiet, very beautiful place to recharge as a family, full of board games for children of all ages and full of books, also the outdoor games cabin and slide perfect for children, the pool is extra (salt water, hot and level) with the panorama of Sogliano el Rubicone, functional accommodation extremely clean with everything you need, the bathrooms are perfect and well equipped with eco-friendly products, we had a great stay, thank you to Donata and her husband for the welcome and their kindness we recommend this b&b perfect for a family

Alessandra's place is literally a couple minute's from Theodoric's Palace, Dante's tomb, and most of the historical cites of late Roman/medieval Ravenna. The place was incredibly spacious and comfortable for me, so much that I extended my stay twice, which was not planned! Very close walk to the train station, and I'd say about a 10 to 15 minute walk from a number of grocery stores and specialty shops. The apartment was very clean, which is for me the most important variable, and communication with the host was perfect (she even created an application that contains tons of recommendations for a variety of things to do in Ravenna), and sent me an invitation to the local wine festival, which takes place once each year!

CasaDei is hospitality in the pure state of the term, everything is cared for in every detail and specially designed to make guests experience a feeling of well-being and relaxation that goes in addition to the simple stay. The area is sublime...Cervia is definitely beautiful in summer, but it is not possible to be even at this time of year and the location of CasaDei is optimal...in the center but in a very evocative street, crossed by taverns and a stone's throw from everything. Cleanliness is simply impeccable...I love to travel, I do it often, but I have hardly experienced such a level of attention and cleanliness. I leave as last but certainly not least, the great added value found in the friendliness and punctuality of the owners, you feel the interest in wanting to do well.

The house was clean and tidy, according to the description/photo; well heated (in December) and the well-equipped kitchen. We also had parking under the house. Francesco was available to our requests and was flexible in check-in and check-out times.

Apartment as new and very pleasant (even better than in the photo), very clean, in the historic center, but very quiet. Overall excellent stay. I highly recommend it.

We stayed four days in this apartment and had a great time. We had a small problem with the hot water, but when I told Claudio after 10 minutes he came and immediately resolved it. Recommended.
