Good place, location and price

It was a nice stay, the apartment was clean and at a very calm location. Annamaria was very helpful and ensured we had our stay as nice as possible. The neighbors can be a bit complicated, but as long as you keep it within the rules and follow the guidelines of Annamaria, there shouldn't be any problems. Would definitely recommend to people who like to explore the area during the day!

the home is exactly as described in the listing description. Good location, 1 minute from the Rivabella seafront, just 5 minutes by car from the historic center of Rimini and as many from the Rimini promenade. Great location for trips in the Rimini hinterland.

I recently had an incredible stay at an Airbnb that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the host's warm welcome made me feel right at home. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials, plus some thoughtful extras like local snacks and guidebooks. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were quick to offer helpful recommendations. Overall, it was a flawless experience, and I can't wait to return!

We were in Cattolica on the occasion of MotoGP and Cristina and her accommodation were perfect for our mini vacation. The 4 bikes available super useful for us to reach the circuit, the perfect house for 4 and equipped with every comfort, very close to the center that we reached on foot! We were greeted and checked in earlier than expected and were very available to arrive first to give us the keys. The apartment is as pictured, and very clean. Great opportunity to leave the car parked inside the property to go to the fair on foot and then come back later to pick up the car. We'll definitely book again next time!

This place is absolutely stunning. Each light fixture is a piece of art. It is just a short walk to the ocean and about a 20 minute walk to the pier. Roberto was extremely helpful and kind. We had some issues on our arrival and we later than anticipated and he was very understanding and accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful place! The location was superb, minutes from the beach and close to various shopping. Recommendations for future guests: Food: Pizza: Trucolo Hamburger: Arde Gelato: Puro & Bio Cervia (absolute highlight!) Things to do: Beach Club Visit Sunrise and low tide at Molo di Ponente Cervia Mirabilandia amusement park Passo delle Streghe in San Marino Italia in Miniatura Working in the saltwork on Tuesday Useful tips: Anti mosquito spray: Be sure to bring, as some mosquitoes are out in the evening. Shopping: A visit to Coop supermarket is worthwhile for a delicious breakfast. Overall, our stay was fantastic and we highly recommend this property!

We had an amazing three week stay at casa Samy. The location is walking distance from the beach ( lido San guliano highly recommend not too busy and amazing water) as well as the center of San Guliano (borgo with its many nice restaurants ) and Rimini old town just across the Tiberius bridge. We made daily use of the bikes which get you pretty much everywhere in 5-10 minutes. Giovanni and his team are very helpful and friendly, one of his staff even arranged for a 3rd bike for our 9 year old son. The airco in the house works very well and provides for comfort on a hot day. Thank you Giovanni and team for you hospitality and contribution to our relaxing vacation.

House is in a good location. Walking 25-35 minutes away from beaches. Nicoletta was always available and helped. Only water pressure in upper bathroom was not enough. very nice place with lots of space, loved the terrace and the location is very central but still very quiet. enrico bought us wine and pasta and was very friendly. 10/10 would stay there again

The accommodation is as described, directly at the arco di augusto and therefore very close to the city, about 5 minutes. Lots of bars and restaurants there. You could reach everything on foot very quickly. The parco alcide cervi is also right outside the front door. That was perfect for our dog. Following the park, you could reach the beach and the promenade. It was about a 20-minute walk to the beach. The accommodation was very nice and clean, there was everything you needed. The terrace was fenced (perfect for a dog). A pharmacy, restaurants and shopping are within a maximum of 5 minutes away. The hosts were very friendly, courteous and easily accessible. We had a very nice stay and would come back anytime. Thanks :)

We stayed in this beautiful, independent apartment for 10 days. All the information provided by Gloria turned out to be extremely accurate. The location is strategic to enjoy both the sea and the canal port and the center of Cesenatico. The spaces in the house are very spacious and well organized. The kitchen is super well-equipped and very clean, the bathrooms look new, and the rooms are also worth a good judgment. Also available to guests are very useful bicycles, many children's books and games, towels, and beach umbrella. Unfortunately, the bad weather did not allow us to take advantage of the garden but we will definitely come back so we can try the outdoor environment. Although we did not have the pleasure of meeting Gloria in person, she still made us feel at home. Thank you very much! Nicoletta & Family
