We had our bachelor party with 10 men in Zadar and it was fantastic! The rented house with pool, sauna and hot tub was just perfect for our group. There were also some attractions in the area that were good for excursions. Especially in the evening we loved the lively old town – great atmosphere and really good clubs. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend the house!

Beautiful home! There was plenty of space for the seven of us that were there. The pool and rooftop patio were amazing! The house has everything you need. It’s about a 15 minute drive to downtown Zadar and about a miles walks to restaurants in the local village. I would definitely recommend!

Dalibor's cottage is a great place. Very clan and spacious and perfectly equipped for a short - or longer - stay. We really liked the atmosphere and leisuring on the deck and in the jacuzzi after long hikes in the neighborhood. You are a few minutes away by car from 3 large supermarkets and any styles of restaurants. Perfect place for sending time in the Plitvice area (the entrance of the Park is 20 minutes away). We absolutely loved our stay! The house is beautiful and so well equipped, we loved the hot tub, sitting out on the terrace and playing darts. It’s really well located for Plitvice National Park also, the perfect place to return to after a day of hiking. Hosts were absolutely amazing, our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive until midnight with 3 tired children and no grocery’s so it was such a relief to arrive to a delicious plate of sandwiches with juice, milk, fruit and tea and coffee provided for the morning.

Wonderful house, lots of space, everything super cozy and harmonious. We felt very comfortable! The bedrooms were super nice and tidy, the pool area wonderful and everything you need was there. In 10 minutes at large shops for shopping and in 10-20 minutes at many great beaches! Lots of toys for children!!!!!! It was a great holiday and a great place to stay! Highly recommended :-)

I recommend this place to rest with my wife and children, the apartment is clean and tidy, the neighborhood is quiet, the owner of the house is very friendly and helpful, we will definitely take the opportunity and come back to this apartment.

Peaceful, quiet, spacious and very clean apartment. Ljiljana was very welcoming host.

The place was impeccable and we felt at home. We arrived with a 5 resident baby and a dog, our baby got a traveling crib from Nikicas ( which otherwise wasn't in the description, but they wanted to be kind to us). The place was well-connected with a nice view. Hosts are very kind and answered all our questions immediately in writing and verbally. There is a dog in the yard of the house who barks quite a bit if he sees strangers, but is absolutely well-behaved, friendly. When the dog was barking, the Nikicas tricked me right away, no matter if it was 8am or 11pm:)

Four of us (2 people/2 dogs) had a few nice days at Ivana's place. Everything was clean and we didn't lack anything. The hot tub was great and it was also a stone's throw to the sea in town. A few essentials to mention: there is no pool table as seen in the photos, but a foosball box (but is more for children/very easy), it was no problem for us. The streets are very narrow and not really accessible by bus, you should be able to drive!:) And it has free-roaming dogs there, which often made it very difficult for us to walk (large white dog 50 meters away). Unfortunately, there are renovation/construction work behind the house at the moment, noise-sensitive people couldn't find it that great. It was okay with us. Thank you for the stay, in fantastic weather and maybe we will come back sometime. :)

We enjoyed the stay a lot! Highly recommended!! There ist even a small sauna with a fireplace for wood. Unfortunately the weather was too good for sauna...still amazing if you catch a rainy period...🙂

We had a wonderful stay. The house is well equipped and spotlessly clean. The outdoor space is fabulous and we ate outside and played cards/chess and star gazed most evenings. The house is peaceful despite being close to the road but also not too far from local amenities. A car is necessary in my view to get around especially if you want to visit the many gorgeous beaches and restaurants. The wether was incredible and so we were very glad of the air conditioning in the bedrooms. A wonderful holiday home! Would recommend to family and friends!

We stayed with a tour group of 8 people in the complex and had a very very nice stay there. We didn't miss anything. Overall very well maintained including outdoor area with pool. The location was also appealing, as we were able to reach everything important in minutes by car. However, here is the indication that a car is beneficial. Communication with the landlords also went smoothly. Conclusion: All in all very good!

Loved the apartment and view. Boris and Marino are lovely hosts. Would love to return, and definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Beautiful villa as described, amazing hosts…. We arrived tired and hungry on a Sunday and all shops were closed and within an hour Luka and his wife delivered a plate of fresh cooked pancakes for the kids and some sweet treats cooked by Luka’s Mother, above and beyond and saved the day! Everywhere spotlessly clean and well equipped. Can highly recommend!

A lovely cute little villa, spotlessly clean. There is a bakery around the corner and a lovely man selling his fruit and veg. Also a big supermarket 5 minutes walk away and a pharmacist. It’s also a twenty minute walk to the centre of Zadar. The only issue is that there is a house being built opposite and we were overlooked in the pool by builders and there machinery was quite noisy. Hopefully that should be finished for next season. The host was very friendly, as was her brother who met us on arrival and gave us lovely food and bread, and we were left milk, juice and water which was lovely.overall a lovely little place.

We loved staying at this place. Everything was exactly as described. Pool was great and clean. We have never stayed at a house this beautiful and clean! The house is absolutely gorgeous!
