Monthly Rentals in Cerza

The apartment is very nice, very large and very comfortable for 2 people. Everything was very clean and tidy. It has a large balcony and has an ethna view. Saro was very nice and speaks perfect English. It's a little far from the center so we recommend it for those who have a car. The apartment has parking. Great value for money.

It's not easy to get to a new country… We were so lucky to take this place for a week at Rosario's Upon arrival we were extremely well received by Rosario and Philippo who despite the language barrier and our approximate English took the time to explain things to us in the apartment. Good advice they also gave us good places to eat and where to visit wonderful places in Sicily 😉 We 100% recommend this very functional and very clean accommodation with small touches everywhere that made us feel really on vacation.

Nice location. Bakery, kiosk and supermarket nearby. Busstop within walking distance. The accommodation is beautiful, clean and practically furnished. It is nice to relax in the garden. Good communication. It’s easy to park the car.

Dario was a gracious host. He was very kind when he met me for check-in. He helped me with my bag and demonstrated how to operate the sliding door. He ensured I was able to log into the internet. The flat was lovely, completed with everything needed to be comfortable. I was able to walk to a grocery shop. Parking was easy too. Thank you Dario, you were an excellent host!
