This house and the site were fantastic. There is no washing machine in the apartment but there is free use of communal washing machines. The lake is beautiful and all on site staff were great. The nearby area is also great with a fantastic aquA park for kids in Frymburk and nice restaurants nearby. Would very much recommend 😊

Beautiful space, great location, amazing hosts!

This tucked-away cottage is a true gem hiding in the fields of South Bohemia. It's the perfect place to disconnect and chill, whether you want to curl up with a good book or find inspiration to write your own. The cottage itself was cozy, well-equipped, and charming. The fireplace was perfect for the chilly evenings. The surrounding countryside is beautiful and peaceful, and we enjoyed our long walks. The host was friendly and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, a wonderful and relaxing stay!

A lovely place to stay when visiting Cesky Krumlov. We were able to walk from the unit to town and back easily. Kitchen is big and equipped well enough that we were able to cook meals there.

We had a wonderful week with our dog in the stylishly furnished loft. The landlords were always available, friendly and helpful. Describing the kitchen as fully equipped is almost an understatement, there is really nothing missing. The location is ideal for starting hikes in the beautiful Bavarian Forest, only a few meters away is already the first hiking trail. Mushroom collectors will enjoy themselves in the fall. The tri-border area and the Dreisesselberg are just a few minutes by car and worth a visit. In the village, there are everything you need and in the area are a lot of restaurants, in case you don't like to cook.

We celebrated a round birthday and met with the larger family at the property. The place was very clean and has a very convenient layout, especially when you're traveling with the larger family. It was very cozy and also the kitchen suitable for the amount of people. The area offers many opportunities for nature lovers and walkers. We loved it.

The apartment is very spacious and tastefully furnished. The area is quiet, green, great for walking! The parking space for the car is right in front of the house. Hosts are very friendly and very easy. My dogs and I felt right at home! Highly recommend!

We spent the weekend as a group of 10 people. The accommodation by Veronika is perfect for this. You have a lot of space, a hot tub, a lake, and a fireplace in the living room. Additionally, it's only 10 minutes away from České Budějovice, which also offers a lot of opportunities. The only negative aspect about the apartment was the radiator which was too loud during the night. After talking to Veronika about it, she quickly came over and turned it off. Thanks for that! :)

The swimming pool and ping pong table were the highlight of the kids. The listing was as described. The dining area offered plenty of space. And the couch invited you to relax. Communication with Judith was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the too much accommodation.

super good and nice stay. Unfortunately, there was not much snow and we really had to drive after this (50 min). There was little to do in the village. The house is on a nice starting point, but all the nice places are about a 45-minute drive. In the summer, there is plenty to do. house was perfect, very spacious, 3 nice large bedrooms and 1 small room near the living room. Unfortunately, 3 rooms had extremely sturdy mattresses. The house really has everything. Only your own personal items are really sufficient for a pleasant stay.

Spacious and quite stay, perfect for taking rest. Gym is very good as well. Host is amazing, very responsive and helpful.

We felt very comfortable. The stairs are very steep and a little more challenging for the toilet corridor with the children at night, but otherwise there are many playgrounds and toys for the little ones.

Very nice, quiet location with terrace and property. Ideal for dog lovers, as it is on the ground floor. Breakfast at the terrace with sunrise- great. Everything you need, Wi-Fi, toaster, kettle even dishwasher and washing machine incl. Tabs. Roland responded promptly to inquiries. I would book again.

Great hosts. Very nice farmhouse. Tastefully decorated. Everything you need is there. The village offers a quiet environment. Perfect for relaxing. Also for our little dog. There were no problems between our dog and the hosts' dogs. We had a relaxing vacation and a good time. Thank you very much.

We really enjoyed our stay here and we liked the apartment a lot. The design is clean, comfortable and minimalist. Our favorite thing was the beautiful and large balcony overlooking the river, which looks even better in real life than in the pictures! We didn’t have a car, and the apartment was farther from the train station than we realized, but it’s very easily walkable to and from the city center and grocery store. We felt like for our short term stay some things we would have liked were missing (for example, paper towels or a cutting board) but this wasn’t a big problem. The apartment would be great for long term stays too!

Great stay for us, our 1 year old son and our 3 dogs. We enjoyed the apartment, garden and the area. Gunter is easy-going and hospitable🙂

We had booked three nights at the house no. 15 of the Lipno Club for the last weekend in August 2024. We found the house to be very, very pleasant for our family of 8 (4 adults, 2 teenagers, 2 infants) including dog, which was accommodated in a portable doghouse. There was enough parking space for our two cars. The extremely informative care by Petr was very good. He even provided us with a children's travel bed on request. The house was fully equipped with all appliances and kitchen facilities and very well maintained. Everything worked out just fine. The location on the edge of the forest was very pleasant, as was the short distance to the lake. Overall it was very quiet there, with lots of nature around us and friendly staff. It's just a pity that there was a sauna right on our house back wall and was loudly used by our neighbors. They braced over our terrace while we grilled our dinner!
