Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Černá v Pošumaví

Great place for a quiet weekend. Everything was as described on pictures. I would like to come back at some time.

We felt very comfortable on the farm and enjoyed the time very much. In the house there was everything one could ever wish for. It was especially great that the children could go to the horses at any time (into the children's area), were driven around with the tractor and also had their play city in the rain. The creek with the hammocks gave us many relaxing hours, as the children didn't want to leave. With a horseback ride, treetop path, Keltendorf, summer toboggan run and great swimming opportunities nearby, the program was complete. A real recommendation!!

We were greeted by Hana and a lovely garden. Unfortunately, it was raining and cold, but before I returned to the room, they lit the fireplace. And also I liked the view from the window. The bus centre and the old city are also within walking distance. Hana recommended good cafes and restaurants. Thank you, Hana and Peter.

We had a wonderful week with our dog in the stylishly furnished loft. The landlords were always available, friendly and helpful. Describing the kitchen as fully equipped is almost an understatement, there is really nothing missing. The location is ideal for starting hikes in the beautiful Bavarian Forest, only a few meters away is already the first hiking trail. Mushroom collectors will enjoy themselves in the fall. The tri-border area and the Dreisesselberg are just a few minutes by car and worth a visit. In the village, there are everything you need and in the area are a lot of restaurants, in case you don't like to cook.

If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place During the day you can sit comfortably by the balcony and watch the chickens and cows and watch many stars at night with clear skies as it gets very dark due to the lack of lighting of the area By car you can take a nice look at OÖ We visited Mauthausen, Linz and the Wolfsschlucht Was very nice and informative Check-in went smoothly You'll get all the instructions you need Sonja was always quick to respond to messages and lives right next door should you need something. Beds were covered and more than enough towels & bath towels and other small things were provided so you would also have been unprepared for The rooster was hard to hear about which other reviewers complained The only challenge was to shower because unfortunately there is no shower curtain and you don't want to be careful not to flood the bathroom 😅 We were very pleased Thanks Sonja

We celebrated a round birthday and met with the larger family at the property. The place was very clean and has a very convenient layout, especially when you're traveling with the larger family. It was very cozy and also the kitchen suitable for the amount of people. The area offers many opportunities for nature lovers and walkers. We loved it.

Julian's house by the forest was just right for a contemplative weekend in nature. We were able to take long forest walks right behind the house and enjoy the unobstructed views of the countryside from the terrace. The firewood was already ready next to the stoves, so we quickly got the house warm. The bedroom always stayed relatively cool because it doesn't have its own oven. The kitchen is very well equipped, not as in other cottages, where there is just the essentials. There were a lot of spices here and even a few delicacies like a waffle iron. One afternoon Juliane came by to bring new wood for the winter and even brought us some doughnuts. Overall, the communication was great! If you are looking for a quiet place in nature, you are well advised with Julian's house. It is not quite cheap, but really a great experience without distractions, with a lot of charm and coziness. Thanks for that!

The apartment looks better than the pictures. There is nothing missing and everything is very well maintained and well equipped. It all looked brand new. We can definitely recommend the apartment and would also like to come back the next time you stay in Neuschönau.

Spent a winter weekend at the property. We enjoyed the decor very much and we felt right at home. Location right on the small creek and on the edge of the forest is really very nice. Views just great. Lots of opportunities for activities and walks in the area. Clear check-in instructions Were able to do it on their own. Communication was very nice. We look forward to the next time.

What can I say? I have been staying at Airbnb‘s for years and it is astounding to me that the happiest experience I have ever had was at a one night stay at Rudi and Maria’s beautiful home. These were by far the kindest hosts I have ever met. To say that they went above and beyond would be an understatement. We asked about a walk for the morning and Rudi took us in his car and drove the walking route to show us where to go the next morning! Beyond that, he called his grandchildren to come and serve as translators in case anything was missed! They were every bit as kind and respectful as their grandparents! The next morning, their lovely daughter Nicole presented us with a delicious Christmas plate of gingerbread jam bars. The thought that was put into the presentation was absolutely heartwarming! This house was so clean, efficient, and user-friendly! We could happily come back and stay a week! Everything was perfect, thank you Rudi and Maria. We loved it!

It was my third stay at Michaela's apartment. I felt completely comfortable again.

We have been there for a Workshop with 12 people. Nice bedrooms, Big kitchen, super clean and a big putdoor area. Unfortunately we couldn‘t use the outdoor area as it was too cold. The Place was Perfect for it. Zuzana was very fast in Communication.

The place was great, exactly as described. The host was always easily accessible and took care of it immediately. I'd love to come back. :)

The arrangement and check-in went smoothly. Everything was set up perfectly. Host communicated quickly. From the photos it looked a bit like it was complete solitude, but it is not. There are two other houses in the immediate vicinity. One is even attached directly to the place of stay. By mistake, my children and I used the playground on the property, which was no longer a host, and the neighbor ran out on us. Otherwise, everything was OK

We had booked three nights at the house no. 15 of the Lipno Club for the last weekend in August 2024. We found the house to be very, very pleasant for our family of 8 (4 adults, 2 teenagers, 2 infants) including dog, which was accommodated in a portable doghouse. There was enough parking space for our two cars. The extremely informative care by Petr was very good. He even provided us with a children's travel bed on request. The house was fully equipped with all appliances and kitchen facilities and very well maintained. Everything worked out just fine. The location on the edge of the forest was very pleasant, as was the short distance to the lake. Overall it was very quiet there, with lots of nature around us and friendly staff. It's just a pity that there was a sauna right on our house back wall and was loudly used by our neighbors. They braced over our terrace while we grilled our dinner!
