Monthly Rentals in Central Point

I, along with my 12 year old son, and another mom and her son stayed here for our boys baseball tournament. It was SUCH a great, welcoming space to spread out and have a more relaxing experience than staying at a hotel. The boys loved being able to stretch out on the sofa to watch basketball in the evenings on the big TV's , and the bonus space in the garage was such a fun addition. Thanks for a great spot!

We stopped off here on our way to Cali from Washington. It was very spacious for 2 adults, a toddler, and 2 pups. It was clean, had everything we needed like a full size fridge and freezer, coffee maker, microwave, and a/c in the living room. We were able to park in the driveway as we had all our gear in the back of our truck. As others mentioned it could get pretty warm in the rooms that don’t have a/c but the living room cooled off nicely and there were ceiling fans and other fans in both bedrooms. There’s an envelope for a $20 pet fee once you get there which I totally missed and didn’t have cash but was able to pay through a money app on my phone. We stayed on a weekend and heard nothing from the shop downstairs. Quiet and close to the freeway, we had a good stay!

We loved staying there and look forward to staying again. The decor was beautiful & homey.The amenities were complete and easy to use. The beds were comfortable. All facilities worked to our satisfaction. Definitely a 5 star rating!

The house location was great. We were in town for a volleyball tournament at Rogue X, which was only 5 minutes away. All rooms in the house were nicely decorated. The living room, dining area, & kitchen where all in one room but seemed spacious with a vaulted ceiling. The canopy bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
