Lovely peaceful and very comfortable place to stay. Attention to detail and comfort was high. The breakfast supplied was good and plentiful and the dinner that we bought from Nikki was excellent. Nikki and James were great friendly hosts, would happily recommend staying here.

Thank you for having us! We appreciated how warm, Welcoming and comfortable your place was after travelling for so long. It was clean, fresh and had everything we needed. We had an amazing night sleep in the comfortable beds and loved how warm the showers were.

We were warned about the drive, which is a shared one. But due to work being done above the property it was a bit of a mission to get to the property. The accomodation is great, everything you need. Great location and very friendly owners. The peninsula is great for cycling. Seperate shared cycle/walking track, separate to the main road. we really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful historic home and gardens in a wonderful location managed by terrific hosts. Centrewood is really something very special. Out of the way in a rural landscape overlooking the ocean. There is a lovely walk to the beach through a reserve nearby. The beach is not suitable for swimming but it is really beautiful. If you're lucky you might spot a penguin or sea lion. The homestead is over 150 years old and is very well maintained. If you like homes with character, you won't be disappointed. It is a bit of the beaten track on a gravel road and there are no neighbours. It's very peaceful if you like being away from the crowds and lights. Dave and Jane are lovely host and they have made the most beautiful garden with tennis court that guests are welcome to enjoy. We would love to return.

Ryan and Megan are amazing hosts and I loved staying with them. They were checking I had everything I need whenever I bumped into them and went above and beyond for me.

The host was friendly and proactive. The unit was like brand new, clean, peaceful, and has beautiful surroundings you can walk around! Note the unit is not that spacious, but I enjoyed staying here and felt like at home. Thank you!

Has been to Dunedin several times and Flora’s place is one of our favourite. On the Mountain with great harbour view while only minutes of walking to the city centre. Great value! House is clean and beds are comfortable. Flora was quite helpful and responded very quickly to our question. Highly recommend :)

Karen and George were great hosts. Friendly. Accommodating. Flexible. Willing to go the extra mile for our comfort. Everything was just as described. Unit snug but well-appointed. The bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever had the pleasure to lie in. Water pressure was off the hook. Lagniappes of biscuits and fresh milk much appreciated. Perfect location for us, 6 minutes drive from U Otago and 2 great restaurants virtually on the doorstep ( 5 minute walk). Highly recommended.

We stayed with Gael so that we could attend the England v. NZ rugby union test. It's all downhill to the Forsyth-Barr stadium!. Gael had been very helpful with communication prior to our visit and entry instructions were clear. The accommodation was perfect for our needs - and more was provided than we had expected - lots of useful things such as fresh milk in the fridge, tea and coffee, and spotlessly clean towels. The rooms were independent from the family rooms so we had complete privacy. There is free and easy parking. The location is a couple of miles from the town centre, and while there is a daytime bus service, a car was a helpful option. The Airbnb description provided was informative and accurate. All in all, a lovely stay and I would highly recommend this accommodation.

The room is clean and comfortable, the mattress is of good quality in Airbnb, and I slept very comfortably.The candy prepared by the owner is very good
