This home was very comfortable and clean. It was quiet and peaceful. We were here early March and weather was sunny. You can take in the views without the leaf foliage at this time. Thank you for an amazing getaway! Brad was so friendly, quick to respond, & helpful with recommendations on food/activities in & around the area. The house exceeded our expectations - so clean, cozy, & comfortable for our family of 4! We enjoyed the hot tub, making s’mores by the fire, our kiddos (5 & 8) loved playing outside in the big yard under the magical cafe lights while we relaxed on the huge wraparound porch! Every detail of the house was incredible, Brad really took the time to put together the decor - we had so much fun looking at each sign & all the cute cabin treasures around the house it really made us feel far away from the Nash burbs which is what we wanted for a quick weekend trip! Foglight & Rock Island Market were great for dinner / breakfast - we hiked Fall Creek Falls (30-40min drive) but Rock Island State park is a 2 min drive away if you want to stay close (we had just been otherwise we’d have done both!). Thanks again can’t wait to come back!!

Nancy's place was a perfect setting. The surroundings were stunning and their place is so peaceful. They are also in the perfect location to go and see water falls and caves. So many outdoor adventures you can have close by. It was nice to sit in their hot tub too and have fires in the fire pit to roast marshmallows and hot dogs. We really enjoyed our stay and they were great hosts. They let us use their washer and dryer and even invited us to spend Thanksgiving dinner with them. It felt like visiting family, I would highly recommend a stay here.

We had a very relaxing few days with our pups at Esther and Tamara's place recently. The property is just beautiful and these ladies are the most incredibly gracious hosts. They are super friendly and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed walks around the property, soaks in the private hot tub, and reading our books out on the patio overlooking the pretty surroundings. We ate in our room a few times using room service, as well as dining in the Inn, and let me tell you, Esther is an amazing chef! We enjoyed everything she made for us! They really do try to create an experience for their guests here, and that makes them a unique and wonderful place to stay. We will definitely be back. Thanks again!

We really enjoyed our stay here at the cabin! Place was clean, beautiful and serene. The cabin was immaculate and had everything we could have wanted and more including farm fresh eggs and homemade sourdough (which was exceptional). Spent a lot of time outdoors- hiking rock island and burgess falls! Even on the rainy days I had a great idea on how to plan out our day because Darcy had so graciously given us a detailed binder including lots of things to do!

This house became my home. As I walked out I felt a piece of my heart was being left in the hot tub. Not only was the home clean and spacious, it was welcoming and kind. The hot tub was my safe space, it was clean and warm and everything I needed for my week in Tennessee. The view was IMMACULATE and exceeded every expectation I had. The community pool was not yet open, however the hot tub was everything I needed and more. Also, the Airbnb was as close to the community pool as possible so in a summer season this is the PERFECT spot! Also, the screened in porch really came in clutch and allowed us to have beautiful scenic family dinners every evening. Smithville is a beautiful, quiet, friendly small town. All the boutiques had kind and lovely owners. I genuinely cannot imagine a better spot that we could have spent our spring break. The only downside was that we had to leave. Overall, a great place to stay while we went to Nashville and surrounding state parks!

This home is absolutely beautiful, super comfortable, and very well stocked! It had everything we could ever want, including ample amenities, spacious and comfy rooms and furniture, and a super beautiful and peaceful view! Loved the location for visiting Rock Island, Burgess Falls, Cummins Falls, and fall Creek Falls. There were definitely other places I would have loved to have seen nearby if we had had more time. The host was very informative, responsive, and friendly! Highly recommend!

The house was exactly like the description and photos. The house is exceptionally clean, welcoming and spacious packed with all the things a family could need while on vacation. We loved taking a walk every day on the trail, going across to the park to play and being able to walk across the yard to the lake whenever we wanted. The accessibility was amazing for us especially having a child with special needs and needing to be right next to the house in case of emergency. We had a blast fishing, kayaking and swimming. When we weren’t enjoying the lake, we enjoyed hanging out in the hot tub or playing many games of air hockey and corn hole. Jason has thought of every detail that a family could need while on vacation even providing extra toiletries in case we forget them. We will be coming back regularly and are already planning on our next trip!

Can’t recommend this place enough! The hosts were so communicative and kind throughout the entire process. The house is well-represented by the description and pictures but was even better in-person. It was great for our large group, everyone really enjoyed the amenities and beautiful natural surroundings. The hosts even surprised us with a welcome gift and with an extra game since they knew it would rain a couple nights we were staying—so thoughtful. We had a couple situations that required some extra cleaning and care after the trip and the hosts were extremely gracious and understanding. Will be staying here in the future!!

There are so many things to say about our week at Jordan and Jenn’s! - clean - perfect location (we hike MANY miles within an hr of the cottage. Also many waterfalls) - awesome hosts who answered all of our questions and when we had an AC issue they got someone out there asap to fix it - SO many thoughtfully stocked items. From toys for the kids to kitchen items. Plenty of linens and towels. - hot tub was amazing - view was absolutely spectacular - we had 2 big families stay with plenty of space A perfect place to unwind after a long day. We had such an awesome week and made so many great memories. We are so happy they shared their special place with us and we felt completely at home. We felt totally safe in the quiet area with views all over the place. I can confidently say it was our favorite Airbnb we have ever stayed in.

The host’s driving directions were perfect. Check-in was easy. The house was great, especially the game room and hot tub. Full kitchen for cooking with plenty of cooking and eating ware. Great hosts and quick responses. They even left the kids some hidden Easter eggs to celebrate the holiday. Will definitely stay again if we return to the area.

Probably the best experience with an airbnb I’ve ever had! Absolutely loved the house. It was perfect for our bigger group. The outdoor spaces were fantastic and so was the kitchen and living room. I would be happy if it was my house! Would love to come back!! Took a drive to rock island and hiked to some waterfalls which was a great addition to the already perfect weekend.

Lauren and Justin’s cabin is an absolute dream! It sits on a wooded hilltop that overlooks a mountain river and is within walking distance to several trailheads and waterfalls. The place itself is so thoughtfully outfitted that it feels like you’re staying at a friend’s personal vacation home. Check-in and checkout were very easy and Justin was super helpful and kind. Peaceful place. Drinking whiskey outside by fire looking at the stars was great! Place has everything I could want in an airbnb. It's got two big comfy beds, grill, Blackstone, firepit outdoor, wraparound deck, and best of all is the hottub with TV outside! It's great because you can sit outside and you don't hear any traffic, just the peaceful sounds of nature. I even met the neighbor from down the road and had a few drinks with him. This town is filled with nice friendly people. Go to webbs soda shop, kilgores and all the other places in town. Curt really built an awesome airbnb! Thanks Curt!

The kitchen amenities were much better than at other places we have stayed at before. The high quality toiletries in the bathrooms were a nice touch too! Perfect for a quick little get away! Quiet and peaceful place to unplug and relax, especially in the hot tub. Blackstone, indoor gel fuel fireplace, fire pit, games, bathroom essentials and so much more provided. We will definitely be back!! Kassidy was a great host and very responsive with any questions/concerns.
