Family-friendly vacation rentals in Center Hill Lake

This was my second time staying at Tuscany Inn. The first time was a girls trip. I decided that one day I wanted to take my husband there also, and I finally did. We met up with friends there so we rented the Combo. The amenities offered on the property are outstanding. The option to purchase (amazing!) food on site or cook your own meals with a full kitchen & gas grill is a plus for me. The property is peaceful and wonderfully relaxing! We enjoyed visiting Burgess Falls (and Cummins Falls on the previous trip). I wish it was closer to us so we could visit more often. Thank you, Esther & Tamara for another enjoyable and memorable trip to Tennessee!

Great condo with everything you need! Incredibly clean and well appointed. For my family, the proximity to the lake was key in our selection... made it easy to spend every day on the water. Lara was very easy to work with and I would definitely return to this condo in the future!

Loved the place. Spacious clean. Beautiful location. Great amenities. Only a couple nitpicks, curtains would do wonders in a couple of the rooms but the big windows make it understandable that there arent any. Also the garbage disposal for the large sink does not work. Overall pretty amazing place

Rustic and peaceful hideaway for those ready for some private time. The guest cabin and treehouse offered further retreat from the main house. This was an idilic location for our private family time and everyone enjoyed the rustic vibe with modern amenities.

We really enjoyed this place. We stayed at one of the smaller houses in the past. The extra room, King bed and a comfy sofa were great. Enjoyed breakfast on the screened porch. Great to get away from the city.

We came to stay in the area for a wedding. The place was so quite and very enjoyable, and questions or Issues Will was quick to answer us. We unexpectedly had to extend our stay by one day and Will worked with us to make that happen. We had a fantastic time at the farmhouse and if our travels take us toward McMinnville again we will definitely make the effort to stay there again.

We stayed for 4 months during the winter and really enjoyed our time at the cottage. We were looking for a peaceful & quiet getaway in nature and that’s exactly what we got. It was so comfy and relaxing. We loved having our morning coffee in the sunroom over looking the lake. Kitchen is well equipped, wifi was super fast, lots of TV channels. There’s no cell service, but with the fast wifi you didn’t really need it. We were sad to leave! Would definitely come back, and absolutely recommend Melissa’s place for anyone who wants a peaceful escape.

Absolutely beautiful spot to get away. Very quite and serene. Lovely view and lovely deck! Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We had a very relaxing few days with our pups at Esther and Tamara's place recently. The property is just beautiful and these ladies are the most incredibly gracious hosts. They are super friendly and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed walks around the property, soaks in the private hot tub, and reading our books out on the patio overlooking the pretty surroundings. We ate in our room a few times using room service, as well as dining in the Inn, and let me tell you, Esther is an amazing chef! We enjoyed everything she made for us! They really do try to create an experience for their guests here, and that makes them a unique and wonderful place to stay. We will definitely be back. Thanks again!

This location was extremely convenient for my needs. The space was cute albeit somewhat eclectic. I found the space comfortable.

Absolutely stunning cottage. Beautiful cottage, comfortable home, quaint and every detail to perfection was taken.

Located in the historic downtown area, this place is very spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. There are so many places to dine and grab delicious coffee. The hosts were beyond accommodating with my stay! I definitely would stay here again!

The Tin Cottage was the perfect place for us to stay with our dog. It’s just the right size for a couple (and a dog) with plenty of room and pretty much every amenity, appliance, and linen you could ever need (including food and water bowls for your canine friend). The cottage itself is quite charming, but the landscaping and decor outside was amazing- it’s only a pity that the weather while we were there was such that we couldn’t enjoy it as much as we could have if it hadn’t been raining so much. We especially loved the hike down to the waterfall which was probably the only advantage to it having rained so much in that it was really running and very beautiful. The location was a bit out of town, but it put us in a good spot to head out to the different parks and hiking trails while being close enough to easily get food from in town. If you’re looking for a place for two people to stay near Cookeville, you can’t go wrong here!

The space was warm and welcoming. The kitchen had a plethora of spices, pots, and pans. The bathrooms were spotless and the view from the living room and upstairs bedroom was immaculate. From check in to check out it was easy as pie. Jerry & Wendy responded to every message within 30 minutes and was very proactive in the check-in process. Already looking to rebook with them next year for our getaway.

This location is a great deal for the money. it's not one of those grey homes, where everything is just blandly decorated. this house has history, you can tell by staying there. it's an older house that feels more like home. the chapel and outdoor surroundings are so gorgeous. there were plenty of clean towels, dishes to use, snacks and coffee. thank you for letting us stay.

Everything was above and beyond expectations. Deb is amazing. She would answer all our questions immediately and she always provided helpful information. The trails there are amazing and worthwhile for visitors to see. The cabin was beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed everything and our plan is to continue booking this cabin when we need to be in Tennessee building our new home.
