Great location, walking distance to an Italian café called Gusto, short drive to great local restaurants, house was clean, great seating options, beds were comfortable, lots of fun games in the basement.

We love this Airbnb! It is very clean and comfortable. The house is tucked in the woods on a dead end road, so it feels very private, but it is walkable to restaurants, coffee, and bars. Multiple grocery stores within a five minute drive or a long walk. There is a ton to do in the area - outdoor recreation, scenic train/boat rides, food and beverage, cute towns. Convenient to the White Mountains and Concord/Manchester for day trips. For rainy/snowy days, there are several cozy places to hang out indoors, and plenty to do for adults and kids. Anna and her husband are absolutely wonderful hosts - responsive and helpful while always respecting your privacy. This is the gold standard in AirBnBs!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this home for the week of Thanksgiving. The house is beautiful and spacious, with plenty of activities for the kids including outdoor games and indoor board games. The kitchen had everything we needed; the beds were extremely comfortable. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding towns of Meredith and Conway. Nicholas was a great host, he was very responsive and proactive in making sure we had everything we needed. I would absolutely return! Thank you for hosting my family!

What a beautiful location. The studio was bigger than we expected and beautifully decorated! The enclosed glass room is where we sat and had our morning coffee, the view is beautiful, so peaceful. The kitchen had everthing we needed . The bathroom was very clean, as was the whole studio. We felt very comfortable and safe. For us it was a great location for leaf peeping. Plenty of nice restaurants near us and a convenient store right up the road. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you again for sharing your beautiful property.
