Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Center City, Philadelphia

This is our third stay at Sophia’s Cottage, and it was a wonderful as ever. Sophia takes great care to ensure a comfortable stay from the start. With fresh flowers and a welcome gift (nice bottle of pinot noir!), it’s a wonderful start to the stay! The kitchen is well equipped for cooking in, but the house is also in walking distance from terrific restaurants if you’d rather go out! There are lots of lovely touches around the house so your stay feels home-y. Throw blankets and pillows, nice shower gel and shampoo, teas and coffees. The beds are very comfortable, and the neighbourhood is peaceful, so good nights sleep guaranteed. It’s great to have washer and dryer and a dishwasher to make things easy. Sophia is kind and responsive, and a wonderful host. We will absolutely be back and look forward to it!

Incredible spot. Hot tub on the roof has a beautiful view of the city and it felt very private. I would definitely stay here again

The place worked out great for our family. A very clean and homey apartment. Beds and pull out couch were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked. We were very happy with the home and the neighborhood.

Eli’s place was great! Spacious, clean, and a very convenient location. Eli was communicative and helpful. Since it is a very central location some noise from the street is to be expected, so be prepared for that. Overall all went smoothly, highly recommend!

Cory’s place was better than even expected - beautiful, immaculate, quiet and huge! Cory was also so friendly and easy to coordinate with!

We had a lovely stay and we’d happily stay there again. A cute, cozy, and charming apartment, and you can’t beat the location near the great East Passyunk neighborhood (restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, you name it). Great communication from our host, as well.

Rob was a fantastic host and his place was perfect for our Christmas vacation. The space was clean, well laid out and furnished. We were able to host a brunch while also feeling cozy when on our own. Rob was very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Second time staying at this property. Will look to rent again next time I am in Philly. Love the place, very nice, great area. Highly recommend and the host has been great both times! Answered any questions very quickly.

Although our stay was short lived we really enjoyed our time here. We were worried it would be difficult to find but with their descriptions it made it very easy to find. Parking was a nightmare but that’s out of their control. They did communicate to arrive earlier and we didn’t get there in the time we should have. They were very responsive and communicated very well. I would definitely stay here in the future. Philadelphia is such a beautiful city and I never even knew it. Thanks for having us!
