Unfortunately was in town for a family member in the hospital. Alicia's place was perfect for our stay. Just as described and easy to find. We even needed to add a few days to our stay and Alicia was very flexible; for that we are grateful.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Wi-fi was strong, water pressure was great in shower, and being able to set the heat to the temperature I wanted was a plus. The area was very walkable with a grocery store, coffee shop, lots of restaurants, and a huge park nearby. Highly recommended Airbnb!

very nice, clean and well equipped apartment like unit. Very close to everything from Denver to Boulder and Red Rocks. Very responsive and accommodating hosts. Will stay here again when the time comes to head back to Colorado!

Wonderful stay with Jess & Will! They were proactive with communication in how to get into the space, and it was exactly as described. The location was great, and safely walk-able to a few restaurants and shops. They were very respectful of the quiet hours which was excellent as the space is located in the basement of an older home and as with most basements you can hear overhead steps.

Had a great and comfortable stay, we enjoyed having our own entrance so we could come in and out any time of the day freely without bothering them. She also left us complimentary waters so we could stay hydrated due to the altitude in Colorado. Everything was very clean and they left extra toilet paper and trash bags and towels in case we needed them. What else could we have asked for? She was also very sweet and the whole family kept to themselves to offer you that extra private experience and the host was very responsive through the app making sure we didn’t need anything and that we were enjoying our stay. Definitely recommend.

A great place in a fun neighborhood. Walkable to lots of restaurants and close to a park. Host is friendly and responsive and the place is very comfortable.

I had never been to Denver, so had no idea what to expect. Environment. Location, anything. Chris and Daniel were responsive and helped everywhere they could. We mostly hung out at the Airbnb due to me getting an “altitude” sickness from being out in the mountains. Wasn’t aware it was a thing but apparently it is. The one night we went outside, they weren’t happy about how loud the music was, my husband is 60/40 deaf so I wasn’t aware it was too loud because he plays music to a pitch he can hear it clearly. It wasn’t until they said something about turning it down that I found it was too loud, which was around 8, noise cut off being at 10. That is my only complaint though about staying there. The neighborhood is nice. There were several people lingering near the bus stops and some sketchy people attempting to speak with us and panhandle, but it’s just part of being in a big city. The place was homie. Something to do at all times. Everything stocked. Beautiful decor. Amazing grill.

Title: Cozy and Romantic Escape This place was perfect for a quiet couples’ getaway! It’s surrounded by nature but still super close to everything—restaurants, grocery stores, and even places like Domino’s and Subway if you want something quick. It’s also just a short drive to Red Rocks, which was awesome for a day out. The hot tub was definitely the best part. It’s private, tucked away in a peaceful spot, and just steps from the bed, which was amazing on cold nights. The big indoor tub was also a great touch—really made the whole place feel relaxing and romantic. If you’re looking for a cozy spot that’s both private and close to conveniences, this is the place. We’ll definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Nichol’s and will definitely stay again next time visiting our family in Denver. Was conveniently located and short walk to Pearl St with many restaurants. Will definitely stay again when visiting our family again.

Sharon and JD’s place was a lovely place to land during our short stay in Denver. The immediate neighborhood was peaceful and felt safe to walk in as a woman. Public transportation was pretty easily accessible, as were attractions like the Rino neighborhood, the Denver zoo, and the Nature and Sciences museum. Wonderfully cozy, spacious, and clean Airbnb! Looked even better in person (the lighting in the pictures doesn’t do it justice), and I would 100% stay there again. Sharon even left a booklet of her personal recommendations of how to spend our time as well as a basket of snacks and refreshments to really welcome us to her home!

This Airbnb was really nice. The place was really clean and the bed was great! I usually don’t sleep well in hotels/ bnb’s but this one I did. There’s a lot of nice things in the surrounding area but do keep in mind it’s a 15-20 drive from Denver. Maria was informative and clear on their instructions. 10/10 Airbnb experience. Would stay again!

A good place to stay. Very suburban neighborhood with not much around except for a couple of decent hiking trails. Everything else was excellent.

Dan and Kim were amazing hosts! Their bungalow was adorable and very comfortable. They even took time out of their evening to answer questions about life in CR as we are considering moving there next year. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay! We traveled to Colorado for an intensive week with my Chiropractic Neurologist and Eric’s Northglenn Beautiful Airbnb was perfect for our purposes. Full kitchen and bathroom with a bathtub to soak in Epsom salts between my daily healthcare visits. Truly a gem. The basement apartment was quiet and well insulated from noises. The bed was super comfortable & kitchen was a pleasure to cook our meals in - large refrigerator, amazing oven, dishwasher & lovely tile floors. The tile work in the kitchen is beautiful. The entire apartment is well appointed for a great Airbnb stay. Thank you Eric!
