Thierry is a very friendly host. the accommodation is very clean, very well equipped. We had a pleasant stay and we have already booked another stay in May to enjoy the sunny days. a big thank you.

The gite of Claude and Carole is recommended if you like peace and quiet. When we arrived we were personally welcomed and a fire was already burning in the wood stove so this gite is also comfortable in the winter. Unexpectedly we stayed one night extra, but that wasn't a problem and quickly arranged. Beautiful surroundings! Highly recommended nearby is the view point of Belvedere de la Paix.

Beautiful location. Private, peaceful and secluded. Excellently equipped kitchen. Felt at home and slept well. Morvan is a great place to visit, rural and peaceful. Great for road biking and lake swimming.

The house is a charming ground floor apartment with everything you need. Philippe lives upstairs and is on hand if you need anything. The house is fully stocked and has lovely classical features like wooden floors, fireplaces and tall windows. We had trouble working out the oven and Philippe came right down to fix it for us. Speaking a bit of French helped a lot. In terms of location, Arnay le Duc itself is small but I’d highly recommend the restaurant in Chateau d’Arnay, just down the street from the accomm. We drove into Dijon, Beaune and Cote de Nuits for wine tasting and it all took at most 45-50mins each way. Highly recommend.
