Apartment vacation rentals in Cedar Rapids

Bea’s place was the PERFECT location for our travels as we visited for Thanksgiving. The rooms were stunningly decorated, the bedrooms comfy, and the space was warm and welcoming. We hosted a get together with our relatives for a game night and between the dining area, cozy living room furniture, and kitchen bar, everybody was able to socialize comfortably and relax without it feeling overcrowded. There was no noise from adjoining units or traffic and we enjoyed our time immensely. It is also close to a grocery store and a Starbucks as well as Urgent Care should needs arise. Bea is a responsive and gracious host. Great stay!

Very comfortable and well decorated apartment. Extremely clean, great location and numerous thoughtful extras. Highly recommended if you ever need a stay in Iowa City.

Excellent location accurately described in the listing. Quiet and peaceful sleeping. Loved the bedroom with window looking towards College Green Park. Comfortable beds, pillows, sheets, and blankets. Kitchen is clean and suitable for making meals. No dishwasher but double sink is set up nicely with drying rack on one side so no problem there. Laundry was easy and free. Location is great, easy walking distance to Film Scene, New Pioneer Coop, and all the downtown restaurants, shops, and venues. Internet was good. TV has basic package with some on demand movies, watching Hoosiers was fun. Option to sign-in to personal Netflix but never got around to it. Table in the kitchen good for meals and as a work space. Comfortable living room furniture. Shower and sink had good water pressure and hot water didn’t take long at all. Great AirBnB and a very nice and accommodating host. Thank you.

Responsive host, convenient location and spotlessly clean.

The Downtown Studio Loft was a cozy and welcoming home base during our weekend in Cedar Rapids. The space itself is very homey and comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. There are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance, along with a nice park and other attractions. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Cedar Rapids, this a great option.

We booked this place because of its close proximity to the Powerhouse Event Center - It was a 12-minute walk, just what we were looking for. The space was clean and comfortable, including the bed, and just the right size for 2 people.

We enjoyed Easter weekend with our Hawkeye, older son and dog. Julie’s place was exceedingly comfortable, beautiful and just cool! And the kitchen?!? Spectacular! Our weekend was simply marvelous! I hope we have an opportunity to stay there again soon.

This place is very accommodating and quaint. Always clean and the beds are comfortable . The fireplace adds that touch of home. The complimentary coffee was exactly what we needed in the morning. Love this place. The host has always responded quickly to any questions. We have stayed here twice now.

Wonderful place and great location - convenient to many things, including the interstate. Very clean apartment. Not many great places to eat in town, so we enjoyed using the wonderful kitchen that had everything we needed. The superhost really earned her title.

These folks were amazing. Everything was great. My lightbulb went out and they even came and replaced it. They walked me through the property before I ever got there. They shouldn’t have had assisted me with such an early check-in and had no trouble. They helped me. I truly enjoyed my stay here. It was amazing price for the valueand if I come back to Iowa, I will come to these people again.

Jeni was always responsive and provided great instructions to getting into the place. Convenient location to the university hospital as that was the purpose of our visit. Thank you for a nice place to come to after spending all day at the hospital.

3 bathrooms for 3 bedrooms!! So nice and spacious. Very clean. The blue velvet couch is so pretty and huge windows in every room. The pool table, gym and accommodations on the 4th floor were awesome. The whole building is clean and safe.

The Urban Oasis was truly an “oasis” — quiet, private, cozy, well-stocked — during a difficult time. Kristen messaged throughout the stay to ensure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. It’s a great spot for a short stay or an extended vacation. About a 12-minute drive to the hospital which is also helpful if you need to be close.
